Luxury Tiny Home Getaway- IRIS Home

Luxury “IRIS Tiny Home” Getaway @ Green House Getaways is located just 5 miles from Loon Mountain and some of the best hiking trails in New Hampshire. Private amenities include salt water hot tub as well as a breeo smokeless fire pit/grille. After 18 months of construction we are finally accepting booking requests for our three identical Tiny Homes. We would love to have you stay with us!

Open concept 400 sq ft Tiny Home with 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed. Located in the white mountains so you’ll have plenty of places to explore during your stay. Each tiny home is equipped with a full kitchen, full bath, balcony, WiFi & free essentials such as pour over coffee/tea. Amenities are private and guest sites are a minimum of 100’ from each other. Tiny homes do not come equipped with a television so feel free to bring an iPad along and connect to our WiFi if you feel the need to watch your favorite tv shows. Guests are limited to 2 vehicles per booking. Guests also understand that they must park their vehicles in the parking lot which is 150’ from their site. All guests must be capable of making the 150’ walk from the parking lot to their tiny home. As we are a remotely ran rental property we do not sell firewood or ice on site so be sure to pick up the essentials before your arrival.

Guests are to park their vehicles in the parking lot. No more than 2 vehicles per booking. Guests must be able to walk along a 150’ dirt/gravel walkway to access their tiny home from the parking lot. For safety reasons guests that have mobility issues are not encouraged to book with us.

As Green House Getaways is a 100% remotely ran vacation rental property we will never be on site unless needed but will of course respond to all inquiries asap. As the cleaning company we have a contract with requires a 5 hour window to complete their work without interruption early check in & late check out is not permitted.

Green House Getaways is just 2 miles from downtown North Woodstock & 4 miles from downtown Lincoln NH. We are conveniently located just 5 miles from Loon Mountain & 8 miles from Cannon Mountain.

Downtown Lincoln NH which is just a few miles down the road from the property has plenty of places where guests will be able to purchase firewood & ice before they arrive or during their stay if needed.

Please note we have a 4 person limit per booking including infants. There are never to be more than 4 persons on site at any time. Pets are not allowed. Small children & infants are allowed but guests do understand that our homes are not ”baby proofed”. Limit of 2 vehicles per booking. No smoking in the home or within 10 feet of the home. Smoking must be conducted next to the fire pit. Quiet time is from 10:00pm-7:00am. No music is to be played outdoors between these hours. Early check in & late check out is not permitted. These rules are crucial as to ensure that every guest on the property enjoys their stay and is getting the most out of their experience @ Green House Getaways. If any of these rules are not followed the booking will be cancelled and guests will be asked to leave.
