"Overall, the hotel is comfortable, especially the room. The hotel is older and undergoing some upgrades which should help the appearance. The desk clerks were always in the back room and didn't greet guests when they were coming in or leaving. We stayed at several hotels during our two-week trip, and this was the only one where the desk personnel were routinely not at the desk. "We were looking for a last minute hotel in the middle of a 14hr drive. We booked this hotel on the road and arrived within a few minutes of booking. Front desk was so nice but the truly amazing part…the complimentary breakfast!!! Not only did we not realized they had one, but it’s a FULL restaurant style breakfast- not some buffet with cereal and bananas. This place was an unexpected gem on a long trip!"
