Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but when we arrived at 3:20, our room still wasn’t ready. We returned 30 minutes later and were given the wrong room—a double queen instead of the single king we booked. When we brought it up to the front desk, the manager falsely claimed there were no king rooms in the building, then handed me his personal phone to speak with the general manager. Only after that did we finally get the correct room.
The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on long enough to cool the room properly, and there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. On top of that, the manager was unprofessional toward the front desk staff right in front of guests. Overall, not an enjoyable stay and wouldn’t recommend.
