"Overall, the hotel is comfortable, especially the room. The hotel is older and undergoing some upgrades which should help the appearance. The desk clerks were always in the back room and didn't greet guests when they were coming in or leaving. We stayed at several hotels during our two-week trip, and this was the only one where the desk personnel were routinely not at the desk. "The staff we interacted with was wonderful. The room was very clean. The beds were comfy. Our only complaint was how noisy it was around that area. A train went through several times an hour all night long and we heard lots of sirens. But that is no fault of the hotel's. "

"It was very quiet compared to other Erie hotels in the area. The parking lot was mostly empty when I left in the morning which I took notice of. Not sure why there wasn't more people staying there. I didn't have any issues at all "

"Property was alright. They’re definitely renovating it. Room was super clean. Everything looked new except the shower enclosure which looked original. But the water pressure and heat made up for it. I didn’t appreciate them saying “pets stay free” and then say only one was free on check in. I’ve stayed at several Wyndham properties over the years and the ALWAYS specify and say something like 1st is free, second is X dollars or pets stay free up to 2 with a $50 refundable pet deposit.
