  • This exclusive, expansive 3-bedroom beachfront villa in North Side is adorned with elegant furnishings and cutting-edge fixtures, ensuring your ultimate comfort and convenience. A pleasant 50 minute drive from the airport, this house will take your breath away and the views will mesmerise you and entice you to swim, snorkel and relax on the private beach and soak up the sun around the private pool!

    Step into this ultra-modern villa boasting a sleek design and a fully equipped modern kitchen outfitted with new appliances, gadgets, and every amenity needed for meal preparation. Entertain in the open-concept living and dining area, perfect for intimate dinners or cozying up with your favorite book while enjoying the large flat-screen TV. With 3 spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a King bed in the Primary bedroom (installed in September 2025), a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and twin beds in the 3rd, that can be converted into a king upon request, everyone will find their perfect retreat.

    Outside, your private pool and BBQ area await, along with two kayaks inviting you to explore the sparkling ocean and its breathtaking underwater wonderland just beyond the reef. The beach is sandy and rocky, so we recommend water shoes for those of you who like to snorkel and explore the marine life!

    Located on the ever-breezy north shore of Grand Cayman, a short drive takes you to a small shopping mall with a grocery store and restaurants, in East End. The famed Cayman Kai/Rum Point area, known for its eateries, bars, and water sports, is a mere 10-minute drive away, while George Town (the main town) and the airport are approximately 55 minutes away.

Amazing!

What a beautiful home, property, and beach! The beds were very comfortable and linens were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make drinks to cooking and grilling meals. The snorkeling was great right off the beach! The pool was wonderful! Definitely recommend this property for vacationing.

Perfect spot!

We enjoyed our week at Villa Esprit. The house was very nice and well appointed. It was the perfect size for our group, and the views were amazing. We enjoyed just walking right out into the water and snorkeling. Highly recommend!

Wonderful North Side House

Great house. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to be somewhere more secluded/private. The constant breeze from the northern shore was so relaxing and beautiful. Well-appointed and equipped. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Views

We loved the house and the views were spectacular. We enjoyed spending time relaxing at the pool and exploring the island from here. The house is awesome and just steps from the water and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the kayak and you could snorkel but it is rocky and not the sandy beach like 7 mile beach so you may need to wear shoes. We did go to 7 mile beach one day for a more swimmable beach area but that was only about 45 minutes away. This location is perfect for a more quiet atmosphere. There were enough places close for dinner options as well. Wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Great views

We had a great stay. Kayaks, boogie boards and lots of board games available. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Bring water shoes the beach is rocky. Also get groceries from Fosters by the airport. Dont forget to hit the Tuka bar restaurant the fish tacos are wonderful.

Breathtakingly Beautiful.

This coastal retreat was nothing short of spectacular. Each morning began with the soothing sound of the Atlantic waves, and every evening ended with breathtaking views of the sunsets painting the sky. My husband, our 8-year-old son, and I spent 8 unforgettable days here. The home was so serene and beautifully designed (and spotless) we spent a few of those days simply lounging and unwinding without ever needing to leave. Our son practically lived in the pool. He only came out to eat and sleep. Then back to “cannonballing” in his own tropical oasis. It truly felt like our own private paradise. We can’t wait to return.

Great location and away from all the traffic and congestion of Seven mile!! Home is well appointed and can’t beat walking out onto your own private beach and snorkel right in your backyard. Highly recommend this propert!!
