Caribbean Vacation Family Private Beach House /Sunset/ RumPoint/StarFish Point

The Gardens has the best beach in Cayman Kai, where you will enjoy your vacation from sunup to sundown.

Favorite features of our guests include the refreshing pool, the beautiful sandy beach, the gorgeous ocean vistas, our quiet community, gorgeous sunset, and a pristine private beach.

Close to several restaurants, Stingray City, Jet ski rentals, Cayman Crystal Cave, Fishing Charters, and other local activities.

This is a 2-story villa located on the beach that offers full amenities with complete kitchen facilities and an outdoor charcoal grill, 2 bedroom 2 bath, accommodations for 6. central air conditioning, TV, WIFI, ceiling fans throughout, and a large lanai adjacent to the living room and kitchen. This villa is very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The master suite has its private large enclosed lanai with an ocean and beach view, a separate walk-in shower and tub, king-size bed, and walk-in closet.
The 1st-floor guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a full bath.

Included are two adult (single person) kayaks, board games, and pack n play

Amazing location, just perfect! Exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect, we never had to use the pool (but I did look and it was nice). The cove was protected from the crazy winds happening this week, but had enough to keep it cool. The host had everything you need - bikes, kayaks, beach towels, even sunscreen! We did need to get some soap, but otherwise just perfect. We had an amazing week. We love the quieter north side and will 100% stay here again!

Such a fantastic place!

Our family of 5 (kids ages 18, 16 and 14) had the BEST time here! The house is fantastic. It’s clean, in great condition, comfortable and was one of our favorite rentals ever! The location is amazing- so peaceful and out of the craziness of Georgetown. (However- we do recommend renting a car, it’s quite a drive to get to most places) The house has everything you need for the beach (Snorkel gear, beach towels, water floats, beach chairs, coolers, kayaks) We booked a stingray city/snorkel tour and it was SO cool! We loved the snorkeling so much that we booked a second snorkel tour off the East end (Ocean Frontiers). We also do the bioluminescent tour and it was so cool- our teenagers loved it and would definitely recommend! Chisholm's Grocery is close by- but definitely pricier than the other places, so if you can get to Fosters, you’ll save some money :) Overall we loved the house and our time on Grand Cayman. The house was clean, comfy, peaceful and is a 10/10 and would highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property was even more beautiful than the pictures. The beach area was quiet and serene, and we loved taking the kayaks out every morning. The property comes with everything you need, including snorkel gear, bikes, and various beach floats. The home itself is beautifully decorated and welcoming. We’re looking forward to coming back soon.

Peaceful, quiet stay on the North side

We had the best week at Garden of the Kai! The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable and quiet. The beach was perfect for our family and we had it to ourselves quite a bit. When we didn’t, we enjoyed getting to know a few other families. Overall it was a wonderful stay with wonderful memories made!

Wow! I can’t say enough about this property. It was in a fantastic location on the quiet side of the island. The beach in front of the house was beautiful and calm which made it a great place to hang out all day. Kaibo is directly across the street. We walked over there for dinner, and chartered a private fishing trip and stingray trip. The provided kayaks and bikes provided great transportation to Starfish Point. Rum Point is also a mile down the road. If I ever visit Cayman again, I would book this place without any hesitations. 10/10!

Family Vacation 2025

This is such a beautiful home. It is very clean and well stocked with everything that you need. There are 2 beach chairs, several beach towels,and lots of snorkeling gear (full face masks, goggles, and fins). There are also several floats. We loved the area of Rum Point and how quiet it was. We had the pool to ourselves everyday and the beach to ourselves almost every time. We also enjoyed the bikes and kayaks that are there. There is also a sweet community kitten (orange) named Ginger who loves to be fed. Thank you from our family for a wonderful vacation together.

Amazing Vacation!

This property is just as advertised. The location could not be better, the property itself is clean and bright and the beach is amazing. Location is quiet and nice to be off of 7 mile beach if that is what you are looking for. Super close to rum point. Not far from a grocery store. We would return to this property again. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful location.

Fantastic rental!!

This vacation was FANTASTIC!!! Our family enjoyed every second of our stay. It was right on the beach and the beach was nearly empty most days! The water was perfect and very calm. We had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, to beach toys! The kayaks were so fun! Paddle over to starfish point! The house was spotless and very comfortable. Thank you for the most relaxing spring break for our senior twins and our whole family. It could not have been more relaxing! Thank you!!

Very peaceful and private place

We stayed in this great condo in December. Its very private and perfect if you wish to escape from big city hassle. You definitely need a car get around the island. Hosts are very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful home….quiet neighborhood right on a secluded beach, quick bike ride to starfish point! We started our days by plunging into the ocean (it was snowing at home so that was extra special😉). Great food wherever we went, friendly faces went alongside. Pure paradise

Perfect Location

The location was perfect. Was so glad to be on the quiet side of the island. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the bikes and kayaks. Upstairs shower did not have hot water in the mornings. A couple of the light switches seem to have a short.

Amazing Stay at Garden #2

We LOVED every minute of our stay! Amazing location and the villa was spectacular. We wanted for nothing. Everything we could possibly need to enjoy our trip was provided; floats, snorkel gear, coolers, beach towels, fully appointed kitchen, etc. Great beach just steps away. We saw giant lobster, lion fish, starfish, and other various sea creatures right there at the property. Kaibo and Run Point offered fantastic dining options! Thank you for everything!

Amazing experience

This home is so comfortable. We loved being on this side of the island, away from a lot of the hustle and bustle, but with plenty of food and entertainment opportunities. The beach was nearly private (only ever had one or two other families out at the same time) and had such tranquil waters. Loved the beds, views and easy access to the beach. Gigi and Thelda are wonderful property managers who kept us happy and comfortable! Already planning our next trip!!

Perfect Getaway

We loved Gardens of the Kai #2! Everything looks exactly as pictures showed and the description was 100% accurate - maybe even more beautiful. We loved walking along the beach and saw starfish, a few stingrays, and various fish. The water was clear, warm, and various gradients of green and blue. Amazing! Kaibo Beach Restaurant is within short walking distance and has great coffee while offering lunch and dinner. Very friendly there - and really anywhere on the island. There are beach towels, games, books, snorkel gear, two kayaks, and two bikes. The beds were very comfortable and everything looks updated and charming. We loved having our own kitchen to make some meals. It truly felt like a beach vacation! Communication with Thelda/Gigi (property managers) was easy and they were very responsive. We would come back here in a heartbeat. We can't wait to come back!!

Paradise As Advertised

This property was everything it advertised. Very clean, all furniture and appliances well kept and updated. Amazing location and access to beach. We cook most of our meals and the kitchen was very well stocked to accomplish this. Communication was wonderful and replies came within a short amount of time. Comfortable beds, AC worked well. Lots of extras in closet like coolers, toys, chairs, etc. If we come back to the Caymans…we would stay here again!
