Stylish Interior:

The spacious, open-concept living and dining area is bathed in natural light and opens out to a screened lanai furnished with outdoor seating. Here, you can unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink while enjoying stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Inside, the condo features warm wooden finishes, a calming color palette, and a large HDTV with cable and Netflix, plus high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. A selection of board games and DVDs is also available for your enjoyment.



Accommodation:

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and upgraded linens. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a view of the garden, with both rooms comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.



Fully Equipped:

The fully equipped kitchen includes new cabinetry and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle, and drip coffee machine. Coffee and tea are provided to help you settle in. A charcoal BBQ is also available for guest use.



Essential starter pack included:

Included are shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.



Inclusions:

Guests have complimentary access to a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), kayak, and two bicycles, which are ideal for exploring the area. Beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella are also provided. These items are stored in the unit’s private locker — please follow the instructions in the unit to access and return them securely.

Resort amenities include access to the Kaibo Phase II freshwater pool and jacuzzi, which have been newly resurfaced and overlook the beach.



Recommended Restaurants:

The Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill, Upstairs Restaurant, and a local coffee shop are just steps from the condo, making dining out easy and convenient. Guests also benefit from a 10% discount at La Casita Mexican Restaurant in East End.



Located just a short walk from the Rum Point Water Ferry, 7-UP offers quick boat access to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. The nearest grocery store is approximately a 15-minute drive away, and medical facilities such as Health City Cayman Islands are about 25 minutes by car.



Supermarket and Sunday Closures:

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are available on the way from the airport. drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open.  However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Nice quiet location with a nice pool and beach area. Condo was well equipped with lots of towels and bedding. Pillows on beds were uncomfortable and should be replaced.

Beautiful & Serene

The condo was clean, updated & steps from the water & also the pier to leave for excursions. Kaibo was our next door neighbor & had the best morning coffee & then afternoon drinks & food! Lunch & dinner on the beach was the best! We used the bikes included to take a less than 5 min ride to starfish point & had the place to ourselves in the morning! There were bird scooters lying around for us to use too. Rum point being a mile down the road was great fun too- left for the bio bay kayak tour from there. What a great time!

Winter trip

What an amazing place! It was perfect for pure relaxation. Not a party house (thank goodness!). It was very comfortable, well equipped, easy to get to, and close to Starfish Point and Rum point. We had the best time here. Will definitely return!

Two weeks of sunshine!

The condo was just as advertised, with plenty of space for two couples. Water pressure in the showers could be a little stronger and the drying feature on the dishwasher was not drying properly but only minor inconveniences. You will need paper and plastic goods ie trach bags, toilet paper and paper towels and napkins for an extended stay.The sunsets from the screened in porch are amazing. The location is perfect with a wide selection of activities on site and nearby. The proximity to the marina was great for meeting excursions or just watching the boat activity. The availability of the kayak was a great benefit and made for great trips to Starfish Point. We really enjoyed the laid back vibe of the Rum Point area and would definitely return to this condo.

Amazing place to stay

We had a wonderful family vacation at the 7 Up condo. The condo was very well equipped and stocked with towels etc. The location made it so easy to picked up just outside at the beachfront. The pool and hot tub were lovely too at the property. Always able to park the rental vehicle.

It was so great to be away from the busy part of the island. Property was exactly as described. The only improvement would be to have a cooler to take to the beaches, which really isn’t a real complaint.

Relaxing Vacation

This property was exactly as listed. There was plenty of space, welcome brews (both beer and coffee), and a fully functioning AC unit (it was very hot outside!). I would definitely stay again which is the highest compliment I can give. If you want a relaxing and off the beaten path location - this is it!

Loved this condo. Had great views of the ocean. Quieter area than where all the big hotels are. Was very clean and beds comfortable. The kitchen had all things necessary to cook if you didn't want to eat in restaurants, although there are several near by. There was great communication from the property managers. There was lots of snorkeling close by, as well as other points of interest to see. Would recommend to friends and family.

Absolute Paradise!!!!

This condo was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable, beach area and pool area were both clean and gorgeous. Kaibo right next door has wonderful food and drinks, somewhat limited menu, but everything we had was wonderful. Rum Point is also a short drive and also has delicious food & drinks! We loved and highly recommend the Sting Ray tour with Red Sails Catamaran - it was priceless!! Also, if you are there when they do the tour - take the tour of Bio Bay - that is truly a wonderful experience. There were absolutely NO mosquitos at all anywhere we went and only the occasional fly. We had a rental car and drove all around the island multiple times - such a beautiful place!!! Also highly recommend the breakfast buffet at Tukka East End on the weekend - WOW!!! As a small side note/recommendation for the condo: a small shelf in the main bathroom for shampoo, conditioner, etc. would be a very nice addition - wouldn't need to be huge, just someplace to put those items instead of the floor of the shower along with maybe a small foot ledge for the ladies to shave their legs....just a suggestion. Also, keyless entry would be a bit more convenient. Other than those MINOR items, I would not change a single thing. Loved our stay!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!

7-Up Condo

Had a wonderful 7 night stay! Outstanding view. Great location away from it all but with handy access to the Yacht Club, newly re-built Rum Point, etc. Nicely renovated and well stocked with linens. Outdoor lighting and dining table for 6 is great day or night. Note: 2nd Bedroom mattress is soft and water protective mattress cover is noisy. If you're a light sleeper, you may be bothered by the rooster that starts crowing at 4 am daily (at the latest). Well located for eating out, but if you plan to stay in and grill, consider a ground floor unit instead. There is nowhere to BBQ for the upper units. Note that you will hear the music from the Yacht Club right next door throughout the day and evening. They shut things down early though, around 9 or 10. FYI: If you arrive on a Sunday, all grocery stores will be closed, except Chisholms.

Immaculately Clean property

Property was VERY clean, bed linens and bath and beach towels were very nice and AMPLE supply. View from 2nd floor lanai was outstanding. Property is located on a bay, good for kayak and stand up paddle board (both provided). Access to corn hole game, (at coffee shop next door) which was fun. You can take a boat from dock next door for popular water tours plus ferry to Georgetown. Short walk to Starfish Point for snorkeling. Location is 40 minutes from Georgetown, but close to Rum Point restaurant. Walks every day were on the street, not a location for long walks on beach. Pool was good, lots of beach chairs on private beach for relaxing. If quiet relaxing is your thing this is a great place! We weren't sure if dishwasher was connected, I tried to reach out to property manager but no response. It wasn't a big problem, we had very few dishes so just washed by hand. I used the phone and email provided in their check-in email but no response. Now I wonder if I should have used the app and messaged that way so this may be on me! (But it wasn't a big problem-- so I didn't pursue it.).

Kaibo Stay

We were coming back for our Anniversary, Decided to try Vrbo. I did not realize how far out we were but, that turned out to be the best part of our stay. We were away from all the hustle in town. It was peaceful and the view was wonderful! there were a couple things that needed attention. but all in all it was a great stay.

The condo was very clean,comfortable and well furnished. The view from balcony is beautiful. The pool and beach was super relaxing. Coffee shop and restaurant in walking distance. Also enjoyed walking to starfish point and Rum Point. Very easy to catch boats for fishing trip, stingray city and water taxi to other side of island. Great place to stay to get away from crowds and traffic. Would highly recommend staying here!

Another Fantastic Stay at the 7Up Condo

This is our second time staying in this condo. It is well maintained and clean. The location is perfect for relaxation and the view from the condo is stunning. There is plenty to do in the area; Starfish Point and Rum Point are just a short distance away. We can't wait to visit again.
