"After 10 hours of traveling I get to the hotel at midnight only for the front desk to tell me they do not have a room for us. I had a reservation obviously but that didn’t matter because they decided to give our room away and not notify us. The girl at the desk said her shift started at 11 and she called Expedia at 11:50 to tell them there was no room.
