This waterfront property feels like home with access to so many amazing features. Beach access is a very easy three minute walk door to sand. Amazing shopping, live music, many great dinning and entertainment options all within walking distance. Something for everyone.

The space
Far Far Away at Ocean Marsh is a beautiful and unique property nestled in the highly desirable location of Windy Hill North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This water front four-story condo building right on the salt marsh gives you views of the marsh , beach and ocean.

The building is only 36 units and has two elevators. Inside, you'll find three spacious bedrooms and three full baths, giving everyone comfort and privacy. Beautiful water front views with Brackish water fed by the near by ocean and breathtaking views of the beach and ocean from the large and private balcony.
The sun / pool deck at Ocean Marsh is positioned so you can enjoy the views of the peaceful salt marsh while lounging in the outside space or pool side . The space also offers plenty of lounge chairs and pool side furnishings and tables .

This beautiful rental property gives you the best of both worlds - the beachfront nearby and the tranquility of the salt marsh right outside the door. The marsh-front environment also provides opportunities for crabbing, fishing for flounder, and observing local wildlife such as blue herons and white egrets that quietly roam among the marsh grasses. Ocean Marsh has a beautiful sparkling blue swimming pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool operated based on HOA schedule . The setting is divine for lounging and enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the Marsh . Also on site are charcoal grills and a picnic table so you can have a waterfront barbecue at the beach.

This large three-bedroom,three-bath vacation rental sleeps between 8 and 10 people and features all the creature comforts of home The kitchen is fully stocked with modern stainless appliances, granite counters and a dishwasher . The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub for your relaxation. A New Queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate your children., a washing machine and clothes dryer so keeping up with laundry after a day in the sun is effortless.

This is a non-smoking condominium with a balcony that faces the salt marsh water and a view of the ocean and beach . Enjoy watching the view change during the day as the tides move in and out .
Parking: Easy access private parking lot - you will have 2 parking passes for your use.
No guests may have motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.
4th floor unit entry by Elevator or stairs and Self check-in with keypad.

The beach is just a 3 min walk but if you start walking the other direction you will find it’s also walking distance to a variety of amusements and some of the best North Myrtle Beach attractions such as shopping, dining, and live entertainment theaters including but not limited to Barefoot Landing. There are Myrtle Beach area golf courses nearby and quite a selection of miniature golf courses and Water sports.

Fresh and clean towels and linens will be provided at the beginning of your stay based on guest counts provided at booking. Please be very accurate with this to help us provide the proper accommodations.

Beach/pool towels are not provided. There are many close by retail establishments that offer very inexpensive and very fun beach towel options. Bargain Beachwear is 2 minutes from property and can provide all pool and beach supplies you would need to enjoy your time in North Myrtle beach.

Sofa sleeper sheets and pillows will be supplied in the hallway common closet and used as needed.

Please note there is a 20 dollar fee for each destroyed or misplaced linen,towel, sheet, pillow case, etc.

We provide a basic drip coffee pot with filters supplied, please bring your coffee grinds of choice to enjoy for your morning coffee on the deck,pool deck, or morning beach walk (my favorite). We do provide coffee mugs and cups.

This home is child safe. However we take the safety of all involved seriously. We have to balance H.O.A rules, safety regulations and quiet hours. Please represent child counts and ages accurately in all booking requests along with ages of adults present during the stay. All bookings we be evaluated on case by case basis.
