This luxury escape is one of the premier two-bedroom condos at Prince Resort, where the beach and the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier are just across the road. In and around the resort's two buildings, you'll find outdoor pools, a lazy river, a kiddie pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, an on-site restaurant, and covered parking. It's the perfect home base for enjoying the many opportunities for shopping, dining, golfing, and other entertainment on the Grand Strand.
Beautifully decorated in the soft colors of the ocean, this light-filled condo is a joy to come home to after a day on the beach or the links. Toss your towels in the washer/dryer and step out onto the balcony to breathe in the fresh air, sip a cold cocktail, and admire the ocean view.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and central air-conditioning keep the living space bright yet wonderfully cool, with the ocean visible at every turn. Find all the essentials in the open, full kitchen, ample space to dine at the adjacent table and breakfast bar, and a lovely living room where you can watch movies on cable, streaming, or DVD. Of the two serene bedrooms, each with a TV, one is a primary suite with a wall of glass overlooking the water and direct access to the balcony. Both full bathrooms feature roomy shower/tub combinations.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests will pick up a check-in envelope at the Vacasa office on the day of your reservation. The office is located 6.5 miles from Prince Resort. The check-in envelope will contain two swipe keys that open the unit door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
