*This unit is located on the third floor with elevator access.

*Oceanfront pool is open year round. Pool across the street is open Spring-Fall (dates vary)

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA. Golf carts are allowed.

*Charcoal grills on the oceanfront.

*Washer/dryer located in the unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Three parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided. Guests can park extra vehicles at shopping centers or similar at their discretion.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $79 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
