Our recently renovated and newly furnished pet-friendly 4BR/2.5BA space in the Crescent Beach section of NMB is a haven of fun energy for up to 10 guests. Indulge in selfies galore in each of our specially designed themed rooms.
Just across the street from the beach! Enjoy an equipped kitchen, free WiFi, private patio & deck, backyard lounge area, and SmartTVs. Explore Main St. in 5 minutes by car or reach Barefoot Landing in 10.
Enjoy complimentary starter coffee and the in-unit laundry room.

The Space:
ENTRY
You’re provided with 3 assigned parking spots. Enter your top-floor unit (#1) using a secure lock code and the stairs. Let's maintain a serene atmosphere for guests staying below by being considerate of all neighbors.

BEDROOMS
Your unit has 4 bedrooms, each supplied with a single set of sheets per bed, Smart TV, luggage rack, mobile phone charging ports, and closet with hanging rod & storage shelf. Iron & ironing provided as well.

BATHROOMS
Enjoy the luxury of 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. Both full bathrooms include showers and bathtubs for your relaxation. Master bathroom includes double vanity and sink, modern free-standing bath tub, and privacy toilet. Bath towels, toilet paper, sample toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience.

**NOTE: 1 set of bath towels per guest. Please bring your own beach towels (bath towels must not leave the unit).

Trash:
The trash bins are located next door in the back of 905 at the end of the orange driveway. Make sure to leave all your trash there and not in any of the neighbors' bins.

Guest Access:
You will have 3 free parking spots designated for your unit and will receive a code to enter your Sunshine House unit. Pool and backyard is shared with downstairs unit of the duplex.

The Neighborhood:
Compared to other areas in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach is less developed and generally quieter, offering a more hushed atmosphere. During the bustling summer season, the distinction might be less noticeable. Nonetheless, you're still conveniently close to the beach, and Main Street, featuring many shopping, entertainment, and dining options is merely a few minutes' drive from your location. Be sure to check out neighborhood favorite, Melt Ice Cream!

Getting Around:
While we strongly advise renting a car for transportation, alternative options like taxis and Ubers are available.

***Take Hwy for easy access from every direction to the beach and all main attractions.***
Parking at the beach: Between March 1 – October 1, 2022 a daily parking fee of $2 per hour will be in place from 9 a.m.- 5.pm. in public parking lots on either side of Ocean Boulevard. You can download the Passport Parking app and pay directly from your phone.

✦ Only fully trained pets are allowed, with a pet fee

✦ Must be caged when you're not home
