Sunrise Pointe is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Some of the spectacular on-site amenities includes a large outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, an in-door pool, a multi level parking garage . This 3 bedroom / 3 Bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, DW, Washer & Dryer, TVs in all rooms (flat screen) and 2 DVD players. The oceanfront balcony spreads across the entire width of the condo with access from Living Room & Master Bedroom. On April, 2018, Cherry Grove was voted the best beach in South Carolina in USA TODAY's 10 Best Readers' Choice contest. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, waterspouts & fishing are all in close proximity to Sunrise Pointe. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.

Beautiful condo with great views

The condo was beautiful and was well equipped. We loved the convenience to the beach and it was not overcrowded. The balcony offered great views and comfortable seating for lounging. We would definitely stay here again!

The room and property was nice!

The condo was very nice! The pools were great, kids had a blast in the lazy river! Adults had a blast in the ocean! The only issues, they were small, was at check-in the elevator wasn’t working and we were the top floor:( I don’t mind a workout, but that was too much! And the communication at check in was non-existent… the phones were either too busy or shut off and when we asked if we were able to check in early they said they hadn’t heard from the cleaning company… so call them and ask?! Who works for who?? But property was awesome and our stay was awesome! Myrtle always delivers on a good vaca!

Gorgeous view

We loved the location of this condo, it was away from the more crowded N Myrtle Beach area. The condo was spacious enough for the 3 adults and 3 children in our party. We were expecting 2 more adults that were not able to come but would have had the room for them. We were a bit leery about vacationing during the virus but never had an issue. The spacing on the beach was maintained and I only had to wait once for the elevator as there were others going in. The condo was well appointed with everything you need although we brought our own supplies. Would rent again.

Quiet clean gruesome ocean view balcony a little on the small side for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom property, kitchen was tight for us and taking the trash from the 11th floor to the dumpster was a little inconvenience Pools were closed due to Covid at the property but seemed like all other properties around pools were open. Otherwise everyone had a great time

Family Vacation

Amazing view and balcony! Location was wonderful and close to restaurants and activities. This property was clean and beautiful, with HUGE rooms and nice bathrooms. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need! Definitely planning to stay there again 😊
