Splendid oceanfront retreat in a family resort + Free Attraction Tickets!

***Building Work Scheduled for Mid-October 2024 until late March 2025. The project includes work to the exterior, hallways and balconies. It entails power-washing, repair stucco and concrete cracks, caulking, repair damaged railing post, some damaged balconies and paint the exterior of the building. The contractor will try to minimize impact to guests but cannot accomplish a project of this magnitude without some disruption to normal operations and closing of some facilities. The contractor will use three suspended scaffolds on this project starting on the north end of the building and balconies will be accessed from the scaffold.***

Our 3/3 oceanfront condo sleeps 8 people. This spacious oceanfront unit has 1 king in the master bedroom (new mattress and box springs in early 2023), 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Located at 1903 South Ocean Blvd in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach, this 11th floor condo offers a resort atmosphere for year-round enjoyment.

Our 3 bedrooms 3 baths unit has 1 king bed, 2 queens and a sofa sleeper. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and all bedrooms. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, Wi-Fi and a beautiful view from the oceanfront balcony.

From fine dining, live theatre shows, unlimited shopping, to dozens of championship golf courses, Crescent Beach offers everything you want without compromising the privacy you deserve. Crescent Keyes has all of the amenities you need, and it's right on the beach so you can enjoy the warm Atlantic waters at your own leisure.

Was not clean. Outdated and in immediate need of some TLC. Has a terrible smell at night if you run the fans it helps. Furniture has seen better days. It’s not been well cared for. Floors in hallways always slippery. We won’t be back to this one

Building and condo both exceptionally clean. Wonderful view from oceanfront balcony which was very roomy. only complaint is that the owner may want to look into a new couch and loveseat. Both were starting to be saggy. We stayed 5 weeks and would not hesitate to stay again

Great view from our balcony, bedroom and living room. The master bathroom needs some attention. The toliet paper holder kept falling off of wall. There was a bad ceiling leak also. The mattress was not too comfortable in master.

Property accurately described. Residence, grounds, pools and beach well maintained. Coded entry from garage to building and coded entry from building to pools and beach provided great security. Great choice!

We got to the condo, and were really pleased at first. Everything was very clean, and we loved the room. The mattresses were horrible, and seemed smaller than queen and king size. We were hurting from sleeping on the mattresses. Then it happened. We saw our first cockroach. It was downhill from there. There were cockroaches everywhere, even in our grandaughters bed. They sprayed twice, but, we killed dozens and dozens of cockroaches. We were, and are terrified that we carried some home with us, even though we took every precaution. We did receive some compensation, but not enough, since we worried ourselves sick about them getting on our grandkids, and in our luggage. That, and if we didn't get them all, we might have to pay a professional to exterminate our home. We called it the roach motel. There was even a live roach, stuck in the time display on the oven clock. We showed them pictures, and the guy that came and sprayed was very apologetic. I don't feel like we were compensated enough for the experience. It's sad, because this is a very nice, clean condo. If you don't want roaches, stay away.

Spacious, clean unit but showing some need of repairs. The facia on the bathroom cabinets was coming off preventing doors from working properly and causing drawer to open with doors. Patch on MBR wall with tp holder loosening from wall. Kitchen could be better equipped with cookware and some Tupperware for food storage during stay. Still enjoyed our visit! Unit was spacious and clean. Great location and nicely decorated. Would return!

The condo was absolutely fantastic to the point I don't want to tell anyone for fear it will always be booked when I want to come back. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was great to cook and the dining table was big enough to fit everyone for a great meal. The only gripe I have is the check in process is pretty archaic. I had no problems checking in, it was just that you have to take time out of day to check in at a off site reality company and fill out additional paperwork and they copy your credit card. They give you a set of physical keys that you have to carry and keep track of while at the beach. Paperwork should all be done through VRBO/email so it isn't necessary to kill time out of your vacation. Condo/room access should be updated to pass code doors like all the other 100s of VRBO stays I've booked. It is a minor gripe but after all the VRBOs I've stayed in, this was just odd to have to do all that to get into the condo.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The condo was clean & spacious & located right on the beach! It even has several pools & a calm lazy river & decent weight room. Our teens & elementary age son had plenty of space & loved it! Myrtle Beach has a ton to do too!

We enjoyed the condo. There was room for my grandkids to play and move around. They loved the beach, pool and lazy river!! The coffee pot had a hole in it, I contacted the mgmt company and they sent a new one the same day! The only complaint we had was the beds need updated, we were in the master bedroom and it has a King size bed but it moved every time my boyfriend moved so it made it hard to sleep. Otherwise the view was great and we loved the location!

Overall the place was a good size and accommodated my family of 5. Walking in the place smelt like straight bleach. We had to have the door open to air the place out. Overal wasn’t even that clean. The place although great size and good view. It felt cold. Did not have any simple amenities that other VRBOs I have stayed in had. No baking sheets, salt and pepper, containers for food, etc. towels were cheap and it just did not feel homey. The location is right on the beach but far from what Myrtle beach has to offer. Not horrible but I would not stay here again.

The condo was very nice and as advertised. Very Spacious for a family of 4 with Adult childern. There were a few things that could be improved. Towels were very small, beds not very comfortable, hot tubs at the resort were out of order and one of the sections of lazy river and pool closed. Condo was not very well stocked with necessities.Also, while we were there the acess codes to the internal doors at the building changed. We were never infomed by the management company. Still all in all great condo with a great view.
