Spectacular 3BD Corner Unit - Waterway Views - Large Square Footage

This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3Bath corner unit at Barefoot Yacht Club will be one that you have to see to appreciate. The owner has taken great pride in decorating the condo to give you a chance to have a wonderful vacation. Our 9th floor view allows you to see the ocean from our balcony and side windows. Watch boats go up and down the waterway while you enjoy your evening dinner on the balcony. Shuttle service is provided during summer seasons for the quick trip over to the beach
The space
Huge floor plan makes this condo a families dream. Each bedroom has a full bathroom attached, large living room area that flows seamlessly into the upgraded kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and a custom kitchen table that seats 8 comfortably. Enjoy the ability to have a sit down meal with everyone at one table. Washer and dryer in the condo allows you to be able to wash the salt away from your bathing suits and freshen up those beach towels.

**All linens are provided except beach towels, also a starter packet of paper products, trash bags, and soap. You will be required to replenish after initial use**

**We offer travel insurance for our guest for any foreseen issues during your travel or stay. Please inquire about this service as it is highly recommended with our hurricane seasons and other natural events**

Awesome Vacation

Everything was wonderful for our 2 sons and their girlfriends, and we parents (6 adults in party). The view and balcony was ideal for relaxing after being at beach. We hope to stay again at your property when returning to Myrtle!

Nice place for 3 nights. Could have been a little cleaner. Just didn’t look clean and one gross thing that really stuck out was the shower head. Actually had bacteria or something growing out of it. Best parts of the rental were the location and the balcony overlooking the waterway and Barefoot Landing.

Beautiful and comfortable!

We love Myrtle Beach and decided to go for a family vacation! My kids are all grown up and have their own families so looking for a nice place to accommodate us was a little tricky. But this place was perfect. Is everything we want and more. Location, facilities, comfortable beds and pillows, etc. everything was great! We will come back next year, and this will be the place for sure!! Thanks vereen properties

Relaxing Vacation

This is our second time staying at Barefoot Resorts & Golf. Our Suite was nice and clean with fresh sheets and towels. Very quiet and relaxing. Gated, secured and private. Pool is only a couple of steps away where we enjoyed a lot of our time which was great as it was Not too empty and not too crowded. Only a couple of minutes to the board walk, the beach, Tanger outlets, Barefoot Landing and amazing restaurants. Great view to the Marina where we enjoyed fireworks! Highly recommend it! Will be staying here in the future

Good place to stay

We stayed Monday through Friday. The check in process was an easy set up. The place was clean. The furniture is very interesting. Not my style but it doesn’t damper the stay. The only cons during the week is that the pool was closed on Monday and part of Tuesday (no fault of owner). There are no available closets for hanging clothes especially in the master bedroom. Also the dining room table has a big crack in it. Someone almost cut themselves on it. Also there were very few spoons in the drawer. Other than that, it was a good week with a great view from the balcony and a great pool area. I would stay there again.

Wow, when we walked into the property everyone was impressed. The owner supplied everything we needed. Not only was the view great, the property was great and the communication between us and the owner was fabulous. A fabulous stay. Book it, you won't be sorry. Oh, and close to some really good golf courses and entertainment

Nice Place Despite the Weather

The property was just as advertised with lovely views of the marina and pool area. We were impressed with the cleanliness especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only criticism would be the carpet which looked like it needed to be cleaned or replaced. There were flooring samples on the bar in the kitchen so perhaps that is in the works. Vereen management provided an easy check in/out procedure. Tia was especially helpful and responsive to my inquiries.
