  • This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, oceanfront condo is conveniently located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This unit can sleep up to 10 people with a 2 kings, 2 queens and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

    The Summit, located at 4701 S. Ocean Blvd. in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach is a great place to stay while on vacation. This oceanfront resort features an outdoor pool (open seasonally and heated when needed), a sundeck, BBQ & picnic area, free parking, and wireless internet.

    Unit 6F is beautifully decorated and well kept. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and a washer & dryer in the unit. From the oceanfront balcony, you have beautiful view of the ocean & pool area.

    With so many attractions, restaurants, museums, shopping, and shows to choose from, you are sure to stay busy while on vacation in North Myrtle Beach but this condo is a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy life at the beach!!

This is a nice central location! Comfortable and nicely furnished. It was extremely nice to just go downs stairs and be a few feet from the beach.

Older Condo building but it is clean and right on the beach. Two of the three bathrooms were a little small. But overall with 5 adults and two kids it definitely met our needs. Bonus we found several sharks teeth right in front of the condo

This property was perfect for my family. Close to shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach. The beds slept very good. The property was very clean. The host emailed very promptly everything my family needed to know for check in and departure. Definitely a 5 star review!!

The room was nice. Good places to eat. There was construction next to us which was highly annoying. Wish we would have been warned before booking.

Excellent for golfers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience at this place was very good. Extremely clean, great location on the beach, very good parking. The only (minor) gripes were not enough toilet paper for 4 days, not as big as the title of the place would indicate, and condensation on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. I would recommend it highly to 4 golfers (or 4 couples) who just wanted a place to crash at the end of the day.

We had a great time. Excellent oceanfront view. Loved that the beach wasn't crowded. The condo had everything we needed. Great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a great size and has a beautiful oceanfront view. However, the cleanliness of the unit was disappointing. There were spider webs throughout the condo, and the floors were dusty it wasn't sand it was dust, making it seem like they had not been swept in some time. Under the sofas was very dirty, and behind the front door there were dead insects and more spider webs.Additionally, the sink in the middle bathroom was not working properly during our stay.Overall, the condo itself is a great place with a fantastic view and plenty of space. The main issue was the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. With better cleaning, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Lovely vacation

Clean and comfortable, great ocean views. Easy walk down to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, etc for cooking.

Family vacation 2023

We enjoyed the stay. It was a little small for all of us but we didn’t mind. It was nicely decorated and we had everything we needed for cooking at night. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was as well.

Wonderful stay

Everyone had a wonderful stay! Great views, plenty of parking, excellent proximity to attractions, never had to wait for an elevator or a luggage/shopping cart. However, my wife's only complaint was the limited pots & pans for cooking meals.

Great property

Everything was great and as described. Overlooks the beach and an quick walk. Easy to get to the boardwalk and other activities. Only complaint was the floor was kind of dirty (feet turned black walking around). However,I would definitely stay here again.
