With ample room to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, this stunning oceanfront hideaway is the perfect rental for small families and couples alike.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, Bay Watch 3 1138 comes complete with a variety of convenient amenities--including complimentary WIFI, free linens, and two HD TVs. Everything was fine, just a little bit of sand on the floors as we entered and the front door needed spruced up, paint was chipping and looked dated.

This property is a great stay with many amenities.

Lots to do in the water and the restaurant is surprisingly good. Two bars near the pool. great place to chill.

It was extremely difficult to check in. We had no information about what we needed to do to get into the condo. We were not given the codes to get into the condo or the parking garage. It was so stressful. We were afraid we were not going to have our vacation.

Great View

The condo was perfect! Only problems I encountered was the elevator was broken one night (11 flights of stairs was rough!) and the extreme smell of Marijuana in the hallways outside the condo. But all and all a great place to stay

Perfect setup for my husband and I with our 10 year old

This condo is clean and perfect for a weekend retreat. Love that the doors close so when my son was in the living room, we could close off our door to the bedroom for privacy. Balcony was nice but there were some smokers on other floors. I think that is everywhere now so don't hold it against this adorable nest. Thursday night was loud in the building, ~~all night. Building pipes noise is real as listed in other comments. Toilet is loud like listed in other comments but we just closed the door. The room is beautiful and well stocked; other than a KEURIG. Get this room a Keurig please. We made do opening our pods and ordered starbucks one morning. Kitchen is well stocked otherwise and I did cook daily. People were friendly family fun during a busy time and the water was perfection. Would stay again but too small for more than my 10 year old. Check in and check out was easy. Parking and getting in and out of car with luggage was doable but be patient. Thank you. :)

Bay Watch 1138

Communication was great, room was clean with a beautiful view of the ocean! Was able to add on an extra day on short notice without any issues. I would definitely recommend!
