Beach chairs, umbrellas, televisions, electronics, rugs, lamps, furniture, and other large or prohibited items must not be placed in or around the dumpsters or left anywhere on Association property.
Owners, renters, and contractors are responsible for properly disposing of their own prohibited items.
Failure to comply with these disposal requirements may result in fines of up to $500 assessed to the unit owner, in accordance with the Association's applicable enforcement policies.

Note: There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex such as the hallways, parking area, and pools that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.
