This lovely beach cottage is comprised of two units, which can be rented separately or together for large groups. Unit 12 is on the lower level and offers soothing accommodations for 11 in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This lovely unit is tastefully decorated in grey hues, leather furniture and natural wood accents to add the special touches that make your stay with us extra special. Just a short walk down a quiet road brings you right to the soft, warm sands of Myrtle Beach and all the sunshine and salt breezes you could wish to take in. Comb the shores for seashells and get lost in a good book. Or drift off to the sounds of the waves rolling in and taking your cares back out with the tide. Want to throw a line in and see what happens? Cherry Grove fishing pier is only 2 blocks away, and when you’re ready to grill up the catch of the day, feel free to use the grill and picnic area. Cool off with a dip in the sparkling pool, or refresh your closet with a trip to the convenient laundry facilities. Enjoy your beach house with resort amenities right at your fingertips, or head to one of the many nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. You will never run out of things to do at Myrtle Beach.

Perfect vacation rental

Beachhouse was way big enough, the pool was right behind the house and it was nice. The walk to the beach from the house was real short!! Awesome place to stay!!

Wasn’t the original house

Was given the wrong house key, had to go back to property management for correct key. We were there about 20 minutes and the smoke detectors were beeping( do to dead batteries in several rooms. Management office could use a class in welcoming people. We made the best of it and had a great time but in future I’d use a different management company.

Great Location - Nice Rental

This was our 1st experience renting a "Vacation Rental By Owner" that wasn't managed by the actual owner, but instead by a professional rental company. Our experience was fine, just missing the personal touches of renting from an individual...Keys left in a lock box at the property, information packet about the area, linens, coffee, snacks, etc. We choose to "rent" our linens for an extra fee of $30 per bed, which included towels and washcloths. I was a little disappointed to arrive for a vacation to unmade beds. Who wants to start out a vacation by working? My only suggestion would be to upgrade the bed mattresses. Our vacation was only 3 nights and I'm not sure my 48-year-old back could have taken another night. The younger folks didn't seem to mind the flimsy mattresses. The location was great...just a short walk to the beach, close to shopping, restaurants, and the pier. The pool was great for nighttime swims, and we even played a little basketball. All in all, we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves!

Over all it was an ok place.

Cons- A little small for two families. The floors were always dirty no matter what. And the table in the kitchen Is too big for the space. Furniture and beds need upgrading. Refrigerator in a bad place and kinda small. Pros- Location is excellent. Swimming pool is nice. (Need to replace some of the lounge chairs). Dante was very nice and quick to respond to internet issues. Bathrooms are nice.

We really enjoyed our stay, but there was a problem with some bugs. We did report this issue and they had someone come out on Thursday. He sprayed inside and outside of the house. We were happy with the location and the pool. Overall we had a fabulous time, it would have been nice if the bug issue had been taken care of at the beginning of our stay.

Nice Place, bug problem

It was OK. Terrible bug problem (huge water bugs everywhere). Exterminator was there spraying first day but it did no good. In drawers, running across floor. Killed at least 20 during the five days. Also didn't know pool was shared with at least 4 other units. Didn't matter, but it would have been nice to know. Charge for laundry room? Never had to pay to do laundry before.

Lovely and enjoyable Stay at Robinson Cottage 3- Upstairs)

We had another family use our downstairs booking, instead of their upstairs part of the property. Called the owner and right away he gave us options and helped solve the issue. We stayed in the upstairs area -Robinson Cottage 3. It was very convenient and fun for 6 all the kids with us. The pool was nice and clean each day. Please note it is a shared pool - but it was very enjoyable. We were able to look down from upstairs at the kids playing in the pool or the option of sitting on lounge chairs in the pool area. Very safe and clean space. The beach is a very short 1 minute walk across the road. There are lots of grocery stores, pharmacies and other things you may need located nearby. Do not over pack! The Cottage had enough kitchen ware and utensils that we needed. The dining area has a beautiful long wooden table with benches, so we were all able to eat together at any given time. The floor plan is nice, open and spacious. Also liked the benches in the front and back porch areas. Lots of seating to hang out with all the kids and just the adults later at night. There is also a laundry room, located at the bottom of the Cottage- which is also shared. It was clean and tidy. Coins are provided for the use of the washer and dryer -however the day before we left, someone from another nearby property came and took the entire pouch of coins and we had to use our own money to do the laundry. Loved how clean, tidy and convenient this property was for our stay. we also had our Shih-Poo with us and he had lots of fun too!

Cherry Grove lower level

Overall we were very happy with this property, fantastic location, easy access to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shops, just so nice to be that close. The unit was great, it was hard to tell in the pictures that there was not a back porch as well, so heads up there was not a porch on the back side for the lower level unit. Would probably try for an upper unit for better view next time and to get a porch on both sides of the house. Easy to work with when we had an issue with a toilet, they were out immediately to fix it. It does need a couple updates, the front door could stand to be replaced along with the frame around it. Otherwise I would stay again.

Great location

We had an amazing week in cherry grove. The house was just great. Only problem was there is not much parking, Had hair in the drain in one of the bathrooms and we were on the bottom duplex so we heard every stomp from above. But overall the house was perfect for us. And we loved that we were at a dead end so it wasn't much traffic to worry about with the kids. And the pool was directly behind the house. We will definitely stay here again.
