Property was clean and great location. Check-in and Check-out was easy. Wasn't a problem for us, when we entered we noticed that the back door was not locked. We would recommend this for pet friendly renters.

Easter & 70th

This is an excellent location on a small lane and canal close to the beach. The layout is great; 8 of us were very comfortable. The pool could have been cleaner ( only so much a skimmer can do). A very good NMB/ Cherry Grove location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy the pool in the back as well as how close it is to the beach. It’s never super clean. This year sand was in the bath tub a hat was under the couch. Floor is always gritty. Seems to lack necessary items in the kitchen. No bread pans of any kind. If you cook you might want to take a nice frying pan and a bread pan. We enjoy the room it has as a large family.

Great Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was in the perfect location! We liked that it was at the end of the street and not on a busy highway. A short walk to the beach and great food/ice cream nearby. Basil’s Pizza is a must! We ordered food multiple times during our stay! My only complaint is the cookware. If you plan to cook meals here, bring a pan. We tend to make breakfast at the place before we leave for the day. I plan to bring my own frying pan next year. We will stay in this location again! Absolutely loved it!
