Our oceanfront condo is well kept. Spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from the spacious balcony, living room and master bedroom of our 4th floor unit. You will find all the conveniences of home in our well appointed home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have a full size washer and dryer, 2 cable TVs, free wireless internet access.

Master bedroom king, second bedroom queen, third bedroom 2 twin beds. Both the living room and master bedroom have access to the balcony thru sliding glass doors. There is also a wet bar. Elevator and 4th floor parking for your convenience. You will find our beach to be outstanding and not overly crowded.

This is a great location, quiet and free of the commercialized Grand Strand. It is an easy drive to all the entertainment attractions, over 100 golf course, shopping centers, and restaurants along the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach. Accessible from Myrtle Beach or Wilmington airports (3 and 1/2 hours from Raleigh/Durham airport).

You can book our condo with confidence-our rates have no hidden costs: they include linens and departure cleaning.

The condo was nice and clean. The view was amazing and kitchen was nice and updated. The bathroom was updated. Needs grab bars in master shower. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Loved the location and the condo has many great amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, right on the beach, whirlpool and pool! The condo is very nice and the beds comfortable. Does need a thorough cleaning and the utility closet and air filter needs addressed. All in all, a lovely stay and would book again.

We had an excellent week in an ocean front condo. Although, this is an older building, it has been renovated and the various people in the building were very nice. My only complaints would be for the hard mattress in the master bedroom and for the lack of tvs in the other 2 bedrooms. Overall, a good spot for looking at the ocean from the balcony.

In desperate need of a good deep cleaning. Master shower floor was very dirty all kinds of hair and lent on the tile floor. Bathroom floors were full of hair and dirt. Carpet needs replaced as i doubt sweeping would even help. The floor had not been swept they had dirt and crumbs, used bandaids ect.Spoke to the owner and he told us someone would come to sweep. She literally used a broom in the living room and that was it.

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean and had everything we needed and then some! It’s very cozy and relaxing! The view was spectacular! And the owner was very responsive when I needed to contact him. Would definitely rent again!

Pros: photos accurate, clean & comfortable, nice kitchen, view amazing, location/parking good, luggage carts helpful. Cons: no light above entry/keypad smeared with black marker so difficult to see tiny buttons, loud noises (similar to bowling alley) above like heavy items on rollers sliding around early AM and until after midnight most days, yappy dog barking starting 7:30 am each morning and into evening, no advance notice of pest control treatment 3rd Thursday of the month, no advance notice of kitchen garbage bags not provided, no management on-site and host's responses seemed uninterested and dismissive. Wonderful getaway.

We've been coming to the area for the last 9 years and the location of this unit is perfect for us. It's a short walk to the inlet, comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, and everything we needed for a quiet week away. Hosts were excellent to work with and communicated with us quickly. Perfect getaway

Property is at a perfect spot. You are far enough away from downtown to not have to deal with a bunch of people, but still within a few minutes of a drive to do whatever you want/need. Condo was spacious and clean. Was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. Definitely will be back!

Family Vacation

The location was wonderful! It's the main reason why we chose it, because it was so close to the inlet. There were 6 of us that went, all 18 years and older. I would like to mention the room with the twin beds is extremely small for 2 people to share but if you have 2 young children sharing the room it's perfect. Everything else was wonderful!

Excellent!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony which was roomy and location in Cherry Grove was great! The beach was not crowded and easy to access! Loved this unit. The only con is that there is only an indoor pool, nothing outdoor.

A great stay!

We loved this oceanfront property! The condo is very spacious and up to date. We love the beach area and the pool area! The property manager was very helpful during our stay and was quick to respond when we needed them. The beach area is very laid back and not crowded. This part of North Myrtle had some cute shops and restaurants but it was also a short drive into Myrtle Beach for some other restaurant options and fun things to do! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again upon returning to Myrtle Beach.

Perfect location and space

Great family vacation!

Very nice condo. Clean with all the cooking equipment you need to cook in. Also, having linens provided was a huge plus! Will definitely stay again! Wish list-Kids (young adults) complained that twin beds were not comfortable. And it would be nice to have a place outside to store beach stuff to help keep sand out of the condo. Overall had a wonderful time!

Relaxation

Arriving and accessing the property was a breeze. Loved parking on the same level as our condo. The condo was well stocked, beds were made and very comfy. Great view and got some wonderful sunrise pictures. Had great food and made new memories! Hope to rent again.

Nice location

Not a busy area, beaches were not packed, definitely enjoyed that aspect. Owner was quick to respond when there was a problem. We were on the 4th floor, which was convenient with parking. The only real negative was the cleanliness. It definitely needs a deep clean. Other than that, it was good and we had a nice time.
