Our stay was nice. The condo was perfect for us. The only thing I would like to see improved would be more seating on the balcony and taller chairs so you can see the view better.

Everything is great so far! It's well maintained and very clean. There is a little clutter below the sinks and a few dust bunnies under the bed, but hey, overall, it’s excellent. So far, it’s good. We already noticed that the property is much better maintained than some others we stayed at in the past. It's very clean, and the elevator and landings are spotless. Excellent phone conversations and good communication about check-in, especially since the office was closed on arrival day.

Disappointment

We rented this place partially because it had three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it comfortable for our family of six. Two of the bathrooms' baths/showers did not drain during our stay and were backing up, and the hot water in those showers/baths was not working. Also, all around the bathrooms' floor boards, hair and dirt had collected and had not been cleaned for some time, it appeared.

Great Family Vacation!!

Condo was awesome and we had a great time at the beach! Condo was not clean upon arrival( not the fault of the owners and does not change our opinion of the condo) but was made right by the management company day of check in.

Stayed at #806, The Oceans

Very nice. Right on the beach. You cannot get any closer than this. The place was generally clean. We enjoyed the multiple balconies, one from the master and one from the living room. The kitchen was very well stocked. I'd come back.
