As you walk into this fully tiled coastal charmer, you will discover a nice family room with cozy sofas, a large dining table that opens directly to the kitchen, a smart tv, and double glass sliders that will lead you straight to the furnished balcony with awesome water and beach views. The balcony boasts a welcoming dining area and a lounge space, offering a fantastic spot to unwind after a terrific day at the beach or community pools. Back inside, the family room also enjoys a dry bar with a mini-fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is large and well appointed with all the essentials to prepare savory treats and meals for the group. All bedrooms are equipped with all the comforts of home to ensure a good night's sleep.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
