Our North Myrtle Beach Vacation Rental Condo at Ironwood in Barefoot Resort is just minutes from the beach and nestled in a premier golf community perfect for golfers and beach lovers alike. You’re surrounded by Barefoot Resort’s three championship courses—the Norman, Fazio, and Love courses—with dozens more nearby, and just steps from the dining, shopping, and entertainment at Barefoot Landing.



This second-floor retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience with a furnished balcony—great for morning coffee before tee time or relaxing after a beach day. Note there is no elevator, but it’s just one short flight of stairs to the condo.



The beach is only a 5-minute drive away, or take the free seasonal shuttle to the sandy shores and the stunning North Tower Pool, one of the area’s largest saltwater pools with a giant hot tub.

Guest Access:

Guests can enjoy all property amenities! This includes a neighborhood pool in Ironwood right by the condo, grills at Ironwood, the huge North Tower Pool on the waterway, and a free shuttle to the beach and to the North Tower pool from Spring-Fall. ***Please note: North Tower pool and hot tub facilities will be closed from February 1st-March 31st, 2026 for scheduled maintenance and repairs.***





**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 2nd floor of Building 1, NO elevator access.

*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Barefoot shuttle runs weekends only the following dates in 2026: April 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 25. The shuttle will run 7 days a week from June 1st-September 6th, 2026. The full schedule can be found in our listing photos.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Charcoal grills on property.

*Washer/dryer in unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking spaces provided in front of the building, no additional parking spaces will be provided.

*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Barefoot shuttle is May-September

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

5. 2 Car maximum. No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, boats, or campers allowed.
