  • Bienvenido a la cumbre. Este condominio directo frente al mar en el primer piso es el lugar perfecto para sus próximas vacaciones. Perfectamente ubicado cerca de Barefoot Landing y toda la diversión que Myrtle Beach tiene para ofrecer. Nuestro condominio cuenta con casi 1850 pies cuadrados de espacio directo frente al mar para que disfrute.

    La sala de estar cuenta con un nuevo televisor Sony LCD de 120 pulgadas de 120 mhz para su placer visual. La Master Suite tiene una cama King size con bañera de hidromasaje, TV y acceso directo al balcón frente al mar.

    Las habitaciones segunda y tercera tienen una cama Queen. El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama queen. La cocina totalmente equipada tiene una isla para todas sus necesidades de cocina.

    El condominio cuenta con pintura fresca y ropa de cama nueva en todas partes. Tiene una lavadora y secadora en la unidad junto con 3 baños completos. Se encuentra en el tramo más ancho de playa a lo largo de todo Grand Strand.

    The Summit está ubicado en 47th Ave South en North Myrtle Beach. Barefoot Landing, The Tanger Outlets, Carolina Opry y Broadway at the Beach están muy cerca. Por supuesto, hay más de 100 campos de golf de campeonato cerca también. Algunos de los mejores restaurantes de Myrtle Beach están muy cerca.

    Nuestra unidad es una unidad de esquina con bonitas vistas del océano desde cada habitación. Está muy bien decorado y está amueblado con todas las comodidades del hogar. El Summit 1A es el lugar perfecto para pasar sus próximas vacaciones.

We really enjoyed the first-floor condo overlooking the pool. The 4 bedroom 3 bath was the perfect size for our family. I would stay at this property again. The host was great about communicating with us. The upgrades to the kitchen and master bath were very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great location. Nice safe property & close to everything you need. Host was great to work with.Property could use a little TLC (paint, door locks, older sofa) but overall was great. The pool is directly outside the balcony so you hear the guests all day... had several sets of young siblings that fought constantly - absolutely no reflection of the rental but just an FYI.

It is a beautiful place and the location was great. There was some issues with the internet and it didn’t look like the floors had been cleaned and the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned. Overall it was a wonderful vacation spot.

Great Vacation Get Away

This place was newly remodeled! Plenty of room to move around, decorated nicely and has a beautiful view of the ocean! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The condo was amazing.......the beach and pool were so easy...right outside the door was the pool and the beach was a minute to get there.......I will come back again ........

Paul was a wonderful host with excellent communication throughout our stay. We didn’t realize the A/C wasn’t working until late Wednesday night, but after calling Paul Thursday morning, he immediately took action and had an HVAC technician out the very same day. The unit ended up needing to be replaced, and a brand-new A/C unit was installed the next day.Even with the temporary A/C issue, the condo was still very comfortable thanks to the ceiling fans and the refreshing breeze from the water. We absolutely loved the location, the beautiful view, and the friendly people in the building. We can’t wait to rent here again!

Family vacation

The place was clean and spacious, kitchen had everything you would need. We love the oceanfront access, location was perfect, not too busy. The owner is very nice. Would definitely book again.

Disappointed

The property needs some major TLC. Paint peeling in multiple rooms, dust balls in every room, mold in master bedroom tub, advertised jetted tub not usable (switch taped off) closet doors some on , some off, some broken. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with whatever needed. Great ocean view.

We had a great time

The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been if I could have found the trash shoots without walking all over the place. (They are in the midsole of the condos on each floor just north of the elevators)

Condo was awesome. Chairs on deck were iffy, some broke. Overall good experience. Unfortunately they were working on the condo above us and it sprinkled debris all over the pool alll week, but what are you gonna do, things need fixed I guess. Owner was super nice. WiFi and cell service sucked all week. But a lot of ppl there said they been going for years and it was never like that before so maybe a bad timing thing.

Nice Renovation

Renovation of the property was well done. One bedroom was very small, wasn't detectable in the photos. Issues Shower in one of the bedrooms was not working properly and not draining well Sliding glass door was a struggled to open and close. Towels provided for showers were thread bare and very small. Not the kind of towels we expected for the price point Property Manager was very helpful although it took until our 4th day to get our issues resolved. Overall a very nice property.

Great Location; Great Views: Very Clean

This home was recently renovated and updated. Great size for a family. We have 3 adult children and two of them have spouses. The bedroom arrangements were perfect. There is a sofa bed, but we did not need it. One of our daughters has an infant son and one of the bedrooms was perfect for the portable crib and all the baby needed. (Which was a lot.) The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking things needed. We did need to wash towels and washcloths every day. But, that was no problem. We also washed our beach towels everyday. The location is great. The address is North Myrtle Beach, but at the south end; therefore, we were close to the activities in Myrtle Beach as well. We definitely will return to this location.

Family trip

First of all we went to the wrong address cause its 2 addresses the same but different zips. Took us 45 mins away. This condo was a little older then what the pictures are showing. The water in the master bedroom was cold. The dishes was not very organized. The Tvs was very difficult . The TV in the master room went out a few minutes after we got there. Called the owner and he said he was going to send someone out and didnt. The stove was very old. In other words this place is time for an update. I loved the ocean front but its was an area for older people. Not much going on here. We had to make our own entertainment. But over all it served its purpose.

Great Condo, Excellent Location

This condo was perfect for our family trip. The kitchen remodel was fantastic. All new cabinets, counters and floor tile and appliances were amazing. There was more than enough seating, sleeping space and overall space for the 10 people in our group. The location is also amazing. Only a short walk to Native Joe's for evening ice cream. Only 1 red light to pass to get to barefoot landing. Less than 20 minutes either direction to get to North Myrtle Main Street or Broadway at the Beach. This first floor corner condo is the best location in the building. Excellent view of the ocean, easy access to the elevators and even quicker access to the lobby stairs when the elevators are busy and only 1 floor of steps to get outside. The balcony couldnt be more perfect. its in the sun all day and is looking directly over the pool and only a few feet up above the pool deck. This was fantastic when the kids wanted to go to the pool in the evenings but not all the adults wanted to go down, you can be on the balcony and still basically be at the pool with everyone else. Overall not a single negative thing to say about the condo, the building or the location. Communication with Paul was great and we will happily stay here again in the future.

Fantastic location

It was a great trip. Paul was wonderful to work with. He communicated well and we were able to check in a bit early. I have stayed in nicer places in terms of updates but it worked well for us. It was much larger than I anticipated. It's nice to spread out after being on the beach all day. We loved it and will certainly stay again. The beds were pretty comfortable which was a big deal to me! I would highly recommend!

5 days at beach getting family together. 4 bedrooms plus pullout couch gave everyone their own bed. 3 baths also convenient. Quiet stretch of Ocean Blvd in NMB. Very nice stay.

Last minute vacation!!

Absolutely loved this condo. It is in a great location and could watch the sunrise over the beach every morning. Plenty of sleeping room since there were ten of us. Great size condo for our needs. Hope to get to go back.

Absolutely perfect

I was hesitant about renting a condo because we’ve always rented houses. I love being right on the beach, and having a private pool. This place was darn near perfect. The property was so clean, and the building manager is always keeping up with something on site and she was so friendly. The location is so wonderful, is a little secluded from the city with just the surrounding condos but also only about 15 minutes from Walmart and food lion. We had a little issue with the parking and I called Paul and he immediately took care of it. When the description said a fully stocked kitchen that is exactly what he means, even had a blender so we have margaritas everyday for the entire trip. He was so kind and generous, he left us alone during our stay and after checking out he called to see how we liked it. He is seriously such an amazing kind person, I will be back to Myrtle beach and I will be staying with him again. I cannot recommend him enough!!

WILL stay here again!

We had beautiful views from every room, the condo had everything we needed and more and the owner was kind, friendly and efficient in regards to communicating with us and ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Check in / check out instructions were very clear, which made the process much smoother and stress free. We had a party of 10 (including four children) and this condo accommodated us all comfortably and was only steps away from the beach, which makes things easy for the kids. We will absolutely be staying here again!
