Overall we really enjoyed this vacation rental. We did go to the wrong house first cause fhere are 2 2400 Perrin homes both the same shade of blue. I think it would be helpful if they were marked A and B. But other then that slight confusion the house was great.

Great beach house. Very comfortable and roomy. We mainly stayed for our son's wedding that was about 2 miles away. Would love to come back for a vacation. We had our dog with us. He was very comfortable there.

Great little spot

First impression was good. Clean and tidy overall. Plenty of room and furniture. The couches downstairs are overdue for a deep cleaning. Found long hairs in the bed and it's time for new pillows. Luckily I always travel with my own. Overall not a bad stay.

4th of July getaway

Great beach house not far from Cresent Beach. Plenty of room for my girlfriend and I and 4 teenage kids. Daughter's had separate rooms with bathroom connecting the 2. My son had his own private room. No issues while staying. Address for high tide house (this house), is on Holly Drive. Not Perrin Drive.

Graduation beach trip

Brought my kids and their boyfriend/girlfriend to the beach for the week to celebrate high school graduation. The host was fantastic and so were the property managers. Enjoyed our stay and it was exactly as advertised.

The communication from the property manager was good and very prompt replies. The house is located in a residential type neighborhood just a block or so away from the public beach access. We enjoyed our stay there!
