Beachy Keen Vacations invites you to come and enjoy this incredible 3 story house in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The private backyard boasts a pool with slide, hot tub, grill, and outdoor cabana. Wood flooring flows throughout the main floor with a glassed-in Carolina room overlooking the pool, a great room with gas fireplace and a kitchen equipped stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare meals. You will love the master suite on the top floor with a tray ceiling, spectacular tile shower, soaking tub and access to a balcony offering marsh views from the front of the home. The tiled ground floor level can serve several different functions depending on your family`s needs and offers another bedroom and full bathroom. Have we mentioned this home is just short walk to the beach and Barefoot Landing?

**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. **

*No pets allowed. No smoking or large gatherings and/or parties allowed*

Our stay with Beachy Keen rentals at this home was great! The listing was just as described when we arrived, the host gave very detailed instructions on how to check in and information on the rental so there were no issues. The house was clean and there was more than enough space for our family. The kids had a blast in the pool & hot tub, even though spring break was early and it was a little cool! We walked to the beach, the public access is super close so it was so convenient! Definitely worth staying here!

The house has a great set-up. The pool was nice. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of shops, restaurants and stores nearby. The property managers were the nicest and easiest I have ever dealt with. The only issue was the hottub and pool were dirty when we arrived, but the property manager had someone there to clean them very fast(same day within a couple hours). Everything you need in the kitchen is there. Nice, quite neighborhood.

The neighborhood was lovely and pretty quiet , the house has so much room and would be great for multiple families etc. The pool is wonderful very well maintained. We opted to have it heated for our stag and it was worth it. Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful home, tastefully decorated with a wonderful backyard with a gorgeous pool. Excellent for big families with plenty of space and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay, close to everything! Location, location, location!!!!

Highly, highly recommend! For Christmas this year i decided to give my twin daughters a mini vacation, best decision i could have made! We were lucky enough to have found the house and host we did! The house was mostly spotless! There were issues, unfortunately. The faucet on the tub in th master bedroom dose not work at all. I was not chrged, but the pool heater dose not work as advertised, i was told it wasn't working that well because of colder temps, however it wasn’t below 55-60 degrees the entire week before we were there and in was 65-70 while we were there! What thepoint of a heater if it does not actually work properly when its cold! Yes, it needs a few touch upgrades, but overall the experience, the memories, the beautiful scenery, and the the house itself are absolutely worth every cent!!! Highly recommend and we would consider returning down the road! Check-in was easy, communication between myself and the host was impeccable! host!

Family Vacation

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. The ground level living space flooded and saturated our luggage. This created a musty smell for the rest of our trip. Also, the main level was not properly air conditioned. There was a portable air conditioner for this space that was loud and struggled to properly cool the main living area. There was a rat that frequented the back patio area, but we never saw it inside the home. We tried to make the best of it, but would not return again.

Relaxing Pool Getaway Close to Beach

Stacie made our stay super easy. We rented a golf cart from one of the companies she suggested, and the cart was delivered and picked up for us. We were super grateful for the pool, as the beach was very crowded on the weekend we visited. The home was clean and tidy, and we were extremely comfortable. There are 3 levels, accessed by an elevator. Each level has bedrooms, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. We took the golf cart to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Cute, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others!

My kids called this home the plum party palace

We had an absolutely amazing time at the home we rented for our family vacation! It was located just a couple blocks from the beach, which made it super convenient for us to spend our days lounging by the ocean and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The house itself was perfect for our needs. The pool was a big hit with everyone, especially the kids. They spent hours swimming and playing in the water. The elevator was a great feature, especially for our elderly family members who had difficulty with stairs. It made getting around the house so much easier for them. The sun room was a delightful space where we could relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the view outside. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon read. And of course, the BBQ was a hit with the whole family. We had some delicious meals grilled right by the poolside, making our vacation even more memorable. The location of the home was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other attractions in the area. We were able to explore the nearby town and enjoy some local cuisine without having to travel too far. The combination of its proximity to the beach, the amenities it offered, and the comfort it provided for our family made it an unforgettable vacation. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Mustang week

Overall the stay/location/place was great. Place was clean and accurate as the description listed. Only small flaw were 3 small roaches in the kitchen but not as bad as the one we’d stayed at last year (different house) but I guess it’s nearly impossible to keep every roach out as close as they are near the beach and lots of these houses are only used but so much through out the year so I can understand that. The neighborhood is quiet, reason why we went back this year for mustang week, we did have a “neighbor” that complained about the noise on our cars early in the mornings, not knowing some houses back to us, were also more people with the same cars for the same event but anywho if you’re planning to come with a rowdy vehicle or anything “noisy” of that nature might suggest something else but in general everything was awesome and communication was on point as well even after we left the place they suggested something else for the future to avoid future noise complaints.

Great location

We loved the location of this property. The pool was fabulous, especially in the August heat! We rented golf carts and were able to drive them to the beach, Starbucks, and a few restaurant during our week there. Barefoot Landing is very close by, which gave us quite a few options for dining and shopping. The host was very responsive and took care of any issues we encountered in a timely manner. The ground floor is essentially a separate space that can only be accessed by the elevator or outside entrance- great for privacy but not ideal for small children. We would recommend this property!
