MUST BE 30 YEARS OLD TO RENT. This 1750 sq ft. 4 bedroom /3 bath condominium is an end unit, located on the 10th Floor. The 25' oceanfront balcony allows access, from the living room and master bedroom. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen including the standard coffee maker and a Keurig, dishwasher, microwave, and full size washer/dryer. The living room has flat screen cable TV/DVD player, and ceiling fan. The master bedroom offers 1 king size bed, a flat screen cable TV/DVD player, with an ensuite master bathroom that offers a double vanity, garden tub, and separate glass enclosed shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds with flat screen cable TV. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have 1 queen size bed and flat screen cable TV's. Free wireless Internet is provided. All of this, with stunning ocean front views of the beautiful Atlantic, This beautiful condo is located in the heart North Myrtle Beach and is within walking distance of MAIN STREET! Perfect for a family get away, private vacation or group getaway! This condo is close to Shopping, golf courses, dinner theaters, Live entertainment, and much more. This condo is in the heart on North Myrtle Beach.
This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees, a lazy river, a kiddie pool, and oceanfront hot tubs. This resort also has a fitness center!
Reservation Dates:
May through August. With all Check in on Saturday at 3pm. And Check Out on Saturdays by 10:00 am "7 night min"

Wonderful Condo

The condo was amazing! We've stayed at other condos within the Ashworth and this one was the best. The decor was a cute beach theme, the appliances were updated and it was clean. No problems with check-in or during our stay. The owner answered my questions in a timely manner. Definitely recommend! 5 stars.

Beautiful Condo

So happy to have booked this condo! It was the perfect size for my family of 8 adults. Super Clean and modern, right on the beach and in the midst of several shops and restaurants. Just Lovely!

This was a beautifully decorated condo. It was very spacious and accommodated our family so well. We loved the layout of this condo and everything was very clean. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We had a great time.

So much more!

I have to say the photos DO NOT do this property justice. We rented this condo for our family as a hub for our wedding. Walking through the door I was greeted with a dream. Super well appointed. The condo offered us everything we needed and more. I can’t say enough great things about it. We will be back.

FABULOUS vacation at Picture Perfect, Myrtle Beach. If I could give higher than 5 Stars I would. We (the grandparents) wanted a special trip with our grandchildren. Some of them were able to join us. In our group we had a total of 8 persons -- 3 adults, 3-16 year olds, 1-14 year old and an 11 year old. We stayed the 2nd week of June 2024. We have stayed many places this one was TOP Notch. BOOKING PROCESS. Our host was Jeff. He made the booking process extremely smooth. He was very prompt to respond to me always. One of my concerns was the height of the parking garage. We were driving a Suburban with handicapped tags . Jeff actually went to the parking garage and took pictures of it and the 7' height sign. FYI the 1st floor handicapped parking area was signed at 6'6" and the Suburban fit there also. ASHWORTH BUILDING. Great location to much. Very clean. 4 FAST working elevators. 2 direct beach access boardwalk/paths. Children have to be 14 to be in hot tub even if parent there. APARTMENT. Fabulous, Decorated subtle beachy. 10th floor end unit PERFECT! Great views!! Beautiful decor. High quality linens with extras available. Plenty Pillows. Plenty dishes & pots/pans & utensils. High end resin balcony chairs (tall). Very spacious and modern. Plenty hot water. All appliances worked excellently. Bring your own toilet paper & paper towels. Clean & spacious. Elegant decorating. Some games in drawers. Has pantry to store food. Quality refrigerator. ALL WAS PERFECT!! Thank You

Great property for SOS!!

Wonderful property literally and figuratively next door to all the SOS venues. Nicely furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The pictures accurately reflect the property and it was perfectly clean when we arrived. Very fair price! We hope to stay at Picture Perfect again.

Made for a wonderful Thanksgiving stay!

We so enjoyed our time at Picture Perfect! What a beautifully decorated space - so warm and inviting. Kitchen has everything you need and more whether you're cooking a Thanksgiving feast and 2 birthday dinners or just making snacks! Bedrooms and beds are comfy - tv's in each. Patio/deck was perfect and a great place to sit with a coffee and watch the sunrise - - sunset too, for that matter. Easy access to shops/eateries/groceries in the area. Felt safe and secure from the parking garage area to anywhere we wanted to walk. Grounds etc. well maintained. Jeff, the owner, was great to work with - very responsive and the ladies at the check in spot at Grandstram were awesome. Towels and linens were provided, and washer/dryer are in the condo. Just to be aware - - either bring with you or plan to buy when you get there, the following - paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap for bathrooms, dish soap and dishwasher soap for the kitchen and large garbage bags for kitchen trash can. None were provided - we've been in some condos that provide and some that don't. For us it was no big deal - just got what we needed. Again, we loved our time at Picture Perfect and we plan be back to make more memories!
