Esta unidad del quinto piso cuenta con 2 camas queen, dos camas individuales y un sofá cama queen size, con 2 baños completos, cocina completa y lavadora y secadora. No muy alto, no muy bajo, esta unidad está en el centro del edificio y las vistas son fabulosas. El dormitorio principal tiene un televisor de pantalla plana y la sala de estar cuenta con un televisor inteligente 4K UHD de pantalla grande.

WATERPOINTE 1 está ubicado en la tranquila y familiar sección Windy Hill de North Myrtle Beach, y cuenta con una piscina cubierta climatizada, jacuzzi, piscina al aire libre, piscina para niños al aire libre, área de parrillas con mesas de picnic y dos terrazas. El amplio vestíbulo está equipado con salas de estar, mesas, sillas y televisión. Estamos a menos de una milla de Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues y tiendas de comestibles. ¡A solo 2 millas de Walmart, Outlet Shopping, Myrtle Beach Mall y mucho más!

Perfect Beach Location

Wonderful view and easy access to ocean. Loved the beach decor throughout with TV’s in all bedrooms as well as the living room. Very comfortable stay for us with our daughter and 7-year old grandson visiting from Louisiana. Quite spacious for a beach condo. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Only issue was the TV remotes were all different and somewhat confusing to operate. But overall, our stay was very enjoyable and the location is perfect. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. We bought beach chairs and an umbrella and left them for the next group in the storage room on the deck. It was easy to get to the beach. Everything was as it was shown on the website.

Perfect spot on the beach

The unit was on the 5th floor providing a great view of the beach from the balcony, but easy to access elevator for access to the beach and pool. The unit was not large, but building and unit were very clean. Everything was easy access for our family with young kids. All check-in and other communication from Randy was detailed, courteous and timely.

Nice Unit

It was obvious a lot of thought and work went into the upkeep of this unit. Much attention to detail. Loved there was no parking garage to navigate. With parking across the street it was easy to come and go. The location was also centrally located to most NMB attractions and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the condo and close proximity to the beach which was exactly what we wanted. Far from the action of MB yet 20-25 min drive if desired. Lots of excellent restaurants less than 10 minutes.

Dated condominium, not maintained & misleading description

The condominium is located right at the beach. This is the most positive aspect about it. We did not enjoy the stay and decided to leave after 2 days: We did not like the apartment itself as it is in its original condition, which feels at least ~40 years of age with no updates: 1. The apartment had a moldy smell. We noticed several mold spot in the master bathroom around the bath tub 2. No changes for what felt at least 40 years. It was described as "quant eclectic" but it just felt dated. When we complained that the description was misleading we were told that the "specific kitchen picture" showed that there were no updates. However when we originally viewed the pictures it looked kinda nice. only when entering we saw that that there were really no changes ever 3. We wanted to make it work initially, only when we went to bed around 11pm we noticed that the bed sheets were sandy, which prompted us to write to the management company. Their reaction was - why did you wait until 11pm to make demands. We were also told verbally that "we should have washed the bedsheets ourselves" but that is a bit difficult at 11pm when there was no soap. Also, and that really lead us to cancel after the second night, the management company told us verbally "that the comforters have never ever been washed". We don't find this acceptable in times of corona. 4. Appliances felt dirty (we got our own toaster as we felt it was more hygienic), coffee maker only started to work after management company showed us a few tricks 5. In general we felt that the management co tried to intimidate us and run us down "you went for the cheap because you could not afford anything else". Truth told is that for the location - this was the only property with direct beach access available at the time of booking 6. We were furthermore verbally again told that the owner does not have the funds to maintain/update the unit 7.Other issues a. Plates and cups looked like they are from Goodwill b. Bathtub not draining c. Air vents dirty and possibly moldy d. Polyester cushions causing allergies e. 2nd bedroom very small - not suitable for adults. Again verbally we were told that it is an in-laws unit catering for grand parents, parents and young kids and that they usually tell prospects about this . Strange enough it was forgotten in our case although we described our family We asked for a partial refund for the cancelled nights but have not heard back from the management company on this.

We loved the view! They had everything we needed at the condo. The pools were great too!

We had a great time at this condo! The two rooms with queen beds were a nice size and the third room had the two twin beds and a chest of drawers (which is about as much as can comfortably fit the space). My boys (9 &11)LOVED the room with the twin beds- felt like they had a wonderful spot for themselves! My favorite part was for sure the balcony ❤️💙❤️

Great Spot and nice place

Very nice, we liked the property and would rent again. The only thing I would do and this might be nit picking is to replace the master bed mattress. Because you know nothing ever happens there. Overall really nice pools, elevators worked great, etc.

The location was great, no contact check-in was great. The condo needs major work. The shelves on the wall look as if they will fall at any given moment. The legs on the kitchen table were very loose, there was mold around the air vents, the shower in the master bath had a very slow drain. The washing machine smells of mold. The walk to the beach was very easy.

Great location, nice property, need safer smoking area, smoking area by grills was locked d/t covid. Furniture and bathroom door handle all needed screws tightened. Kitchen table and one chair very wobbly and ac vent dripped on our head. But it was comfortable.

Wonderful owners to work with... very quick to respond for any reason.

Grounds are kept wonderfully maintained. Owners were wonderful to work with. Location is great and views of the ocean are spectacular. That being said... this is not the ideal condo for a family that prepares most of their meals during their stay. There is 0 room to store food/meal prep supplies in the kitchen cabinets. The dishwasher scared the crap out of me when I closed it b/c the door made horrible cracking noises each time. I was happy that a crock-pot was supplied, but there are no non-stick pans (with a non-stick coating). Again... owners are WONDERFUL, location is GREAT and views are SUPERB!
