This condo is beautiful, and the view of the ocean is amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets from the rocking chairs on the balcony. Everyone slept comfortably with no complaints. The condo and property are very clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful as well. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! I highly recommend staying here, and look forward to coming back here again.

Family trip was wonderful, grandkids loved the rooms! Beautiful view, everything we needed was there! Close to parking, Shopping,Restaurants! Couldn’t be better! Very much like home feel! Comfortable! Clean!!! Well definitely come back!

Stay at the 🌴

It was wonderful being right on the ocean. When not on the beach itself I loved being able to sit on the balcony. Location was good. Close to all kinds of restaurants and activities.

Amazing vacation once again

Perfect beach getaway!

Condo was clean and cozy and honestly pictures didn’t do it justice. They layout was very spacious for a beachfront condo and we had plenty of space to accommodate 3 families. The location was perfect for us as well. Property managers were also very responsive when we had a minor issue with the AC which was resolved immediately. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Unit for Vacation with Family

This Unit had enough bedrooms for our family, it was very clean and the furniture was in great shape. The beds were nice and comfy. The views from the living room and Master were Breathtaking, we would definitely stay here again and also would not unless we rented with Happy Crab Vacations. first of all management was great! had a few hiccups but they were there to resolve any issues. seriously never experienced better management. the condo itself could use a little updating. all in all had a good family vacation.

Clean, spacious, full of amenities, ocean view beautiful. Very accurate to listing. Have no critique about this condo. Well worth what we paid. Beautifully decorated spaces in all of our rooms. Friendly staff. Definitely suggest staying here!🌟

Great Beach Access

Everything was exactly as described. Beautiful condo and beautiful beach. Access to the beach was very easy which is very helpful when toting two toddlers. Can’t think of anything we would change. Communication was quick and easy. We would definitely rent here again!!

Lovely summer getaway

The property building was fantastic, super friendly. All necessities were very easily accessible. Absolutely loved the beach access and outdoor pool area. The views, sunsets and sunrises we're magical. I will add some constructive criticism. The couches had a lot of sand from previous renters which wasn't cleaned properly, there was laundry in the wash machine from others and no beach towels. Overall lovely experience!!

Great Location, Great View, TONS of Space

What a great property right on the beach. We were a bit leery of the 10th floor given we had stayed at a different place the year before that was on the first floor and an easy walk out. The elevator was fast and given the time of year the crowds were small. Randy and Debbie were there to answer any and all questions. If you stay over the winter months you'll have something to do most every night (happy hour, games, pot lucks). We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thanks again.

Spring break.

All in all the property was great. Only 2 issues. The sofa bed was filthy and the washer machine had a lot of built up mildew in it. It needs to be cleaned.

Improvement needed

This condo is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning, new bedding, new couches, sufficient window treatments, painting. There were no twin beds. Don’t try sleeping on the pullouts - dirty. The remotes don’t sync with the tvs. The balcony is tiny and the balcony off the master is shared with the condo next door, a rail separates. The pool could use a cleaning and ph checked daily. On a positive note, management was very helpful!
