Las citas de lujo se unen a la elegante vida frente al mar, todo en una propiedad de estilo boutique más pequeña con fantásticas comodidades. La unidad es la más deseable en la propiedad con el plano de planta más popular ... presenta una fantástica hilera de ventanas al costado de la unidad, que ofrece vistas muy únicas y espectaculares del Océano Atlántico. Seaside es sinónimo de alojamiento de lujo y nuestro propietario no ha escatimado en gastos, tomando lo que era una unidad de tipo condo-tel decorada de forma sencilla, convirtiéndola en una sala de estar con ventanas de pared a pared y las vistas son extremas. Las mejoras incluyen encimeras de granito, 4 Televisores con reproductor de DVD, WiFi GRATUITO, 3 habitaciones configuradas con King, King y 2 Queens, y un sofá cama.

    Seaside es un condominio de estilo boutique y sin duda la mejor propiedad en North Myrtle Beach ... la propiedad tiene todas las comodidades, incluyendo wifi, piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, jacuzzis, río lento, restaurante a la vista, todo envuelto en el exterior del edificio más atractivo del playa... Esta es una de solo 84 unidades y las tres unidades que alquilamos en Seaside son las mejores unidades del edificio.

    La unidad está clasificada como un alquiler de lujo

    (Esta propiedad no permite embarcaciones, remolques ni motocicletas. SOLO puede tener permisos de estacionamiento para hasta 2 vehículos. Tampoco se permiten mascotas ni se descargan fuegos artificiales de la propiedad, ni se utilizan punteros láser). LA UNIDAD NO PERMITE FUMAR Y ESTÁ DESIGNADA UNA UNIDAD PARA NO FUMADORES. Esta unidad tiene un requisito de edad mínima de 25 años y la reserva es para un grupo de personas, entonces todas las personas en un grupo deben ser mayores de 25 años. Esto no se aplica a madres y padres con hijos, aunque en esos casos los padres deben ser mayores de 25 años. No hay Houseparties de ningún tipo! Se requiere contrato de alquiler! Condo was clean, well furnished and accommodating. The ocean view was magnificent! The family enjoyed our stay.We attempt to contact housekeeper about trash bags but did not get a response .This was minor in the scheme of things! We would book again!

Great view wonderful unit

Our stay was wonderful as the unit was clean and spacious - and there were indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, as well as being on the beach. We loved it and communication was fantastic. We’ll definitely book again!

This condo was even better than we expected. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The views were exceptional. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The building was also very nice and well maintained. Would highly recommend this unit.

Clean and wonderful view

Perfect for family gatherings since two of the bedrooms have king size beds - (which is hard to find). Clean and roomy. Nice amenities. Would love to see the bedspreads and blankets updated as they are way old and out of style- look icky- but that didn't bother us as they were clean- we just took them off and folded them into the closets. Wonderful property and definitely recommend it.

The area is nice. The condo had lots of room. There were a lot of check ins. And out which was a bit annoying. Cooking always set off the smoke alarms.

Great location amazing view. Only issue was the sheets for the master bed were to small and would not stay on the bed. The bed was king size and the fitted sheets were seemingly fitted for a queen. Overall amazing. Would recommend

Nice stay at Seaside, afew dislikes, suppose to be smoke free building, couldnt sit on balcony, because of smoking neighbors, doesnt go well with asthma. Tv remote issues and old stove capabilities.

AMAZING!!!!

What a great vacation! The pictures do not do this condo justice....the views are fantastic! There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out. When it was to windy or raining, it was so nice to have such a great view to watch the storm rolling by & the waves crashing to the shore. Besides, the view, the condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/utensils/blender/coffee makers/hand mixer/bakeware...etc! Plenty of towels & bonus to have washer/dryer available for use. Communication with Pam was excellent...we had no issues with our stay and hated to leave. Cannot wait to go back!!!
