  • Welcome to the never rented SUN DAY FUN DAY. 4 bedroom 3 bath Private Beach home located 50 yards from the sands of the Atlantic Ocean in the highly desired Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy an all day affair at the beach, and come back and jump in your private salt water pool. Lounge on two ocean view decks and enjoy the salt air as it breezes through the palm trees around the house. Private elevator for handicapped or elderly guest. We cant wait to have you stay with us!

    Walking into a huge open floor plan, we have upgraded everything in the kitchen to be able to accommodate any of your cooking needs. Stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen, with full pots and pans for your use.

    Large sectional couch make for the perfect spot for family movie nights.

    Beautiful LVP flooring throughout the house, you can really tell how much pride has been put in the house.

    All rooms and living room have brand new Samsung Smart TVs, so bring your favorite streaming channel and not miss a beat!

    The front balcony is something to you have to take in. Large rocking chairs on the front, perfect spot to catch all the onshore winds from the ocean just steps away.

    Outdoor salt water pool for you to use day or night during your trip!

    All linen is provided, minus beach towels, so please think about bring those with you!

    Please note there is a $75 fee pet pet that will be billed outside of this platform

    POOL HEAT
    Pool heat can only be offered April 15th – May 31st and September 1st – October 31st for an additional fee of $400 + tax. During this period, the pool can only reach temps about 10 degrees warmer than the outside air and max heat 84 degrees for the pool.

Great location with easy access to the beach, accommodations were wonderful and surprisingly private for its location. We had a great family vacation and will definitely seek out this accommodation for future trips!

Awesome!

The house was clean, spacious and convenient to places we wanted to go and loved that we were so close to the ocean. We've stayed at other places at North Myrtle and this house was by far our favorite! 10/10 would recommend!

Family 4th of July vacation

This property was perfect for our family get together- my brothers’ family, my family and our mother enjoyed the stay very much. It has perfect access to the beach with a very short walk and restrooms and outside showers right at the beach access point. In the afternoons, we came back to the house and had a blast at the pool the rest of the day. Parking is easy and this house location is perfect for enjoying all the area has to offer. The house layout is perfect for a family vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent—right across from the beach with an easy access road. Unfortunately, the condition of the house left a lot to be desired.Pros:•Fantastic location with quick, direct beach access.•Bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable.Cons & Issues Experienced:•Cleanliness & Maintenance: The couch was badly torn and disgustingly dirty. Management sent someone to steam clean it on day two, which helped with the musty smell, but the couch really needs to be replaced. The deck railing was dangerously loose. Half of the TV remotes didn’t work.•Outdoor Furniture: All the pool chairs were either broken or missing when we arrived. On day three, used chairs were delivered, but we had to clean them ourselves before use.•Alarm Problems: The fire alarm went off on night nine with a “low battery” message. The next day, maintenance reported simply unplugged the alarm system. The alarm still went off for about 20 minutes the following day until someone turned it off remotely.•Communication: The property management team was responsive by email but never answered the phone, even during urgent situations.While we loved the location and found the beds comfortable, the house shows heavy wear from constant use and poor upkeep. For a 12-night stay at this price point, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Replacements and proactive repairs (couch, rails,pool chairs)
