Beach View Efficiency - Sumptuously clean condo with a partial ocean view directly from your balcony. Experience the gorgeous oceanfront Bay Watch Resort in the heart of North Myrtle Beach at a very affordable price (with NO RESORT FEES). The condo is sanitized with Microban between each traveler visit by our professional cleaning service. The Resort boasts: 18 handicap accessible pools and spas, the largest pool deck on the Grand Strand, the only Resort where the beach is lighted at night, has two first class restaurants on-site as well as a tiki pool bar on the pool deck, ice cream in the Gift Shop, oversize parking lot to accommodate oversize vehicles, holf cartvand bike parking. They recently remodeled the fitness center which is located in your building. Enjoy the wide, white sandy beaches, and numerous activities for everyone from 100+ golf courses to para-sailing, from live music shows to zip lines, from water parks to aquariums and from world famous dinners to exquisite sea food.

CONDO
This one room condo is located in Tower 1 on the quiet sixth floor. The condo sleeps 4. It has two new queen beds complete with sanitized linens that are freshly made up for you. Beach Condo has a new smart TV with cable, DVD Player, movies, free Wi-Fi and board games. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-fridge, new Keurig coffee maker, new blender, toaster oven, and eating utensils. Also included is a hair dryer, iron, sunscreen, boogie boards, beach chairs and noodles. It is so well stocked that you do not even need a toothbrush.

PACKAGES
If traveling with children, we offer some convenient Beach and Swimming Packages. ‘Fun In the Sun 1’ package includes: kids goggles, beach towel, water wings, sand toys and even sunscreen. ‘Big Beach Pkg 2’ includes: boogie board, bigger goggles and snorkel, beach towel, noodle and sunscreen. ‘Beach Games Pkg 3’ includes: frisbee, nerf football, beach ball, beach towel and sunscreen. These packages are for you to use and take home with you. Let us know how many you would like us to have ready for you when you check in (no shopping or delivery charges).

DISCOUNTS
Discounts for monthly stay is automatically calculated by the this website. Snow birds welcome. Email me for extended stay specials. Locals can book also. No residents restrictions. MB Resort

Very pleased with the property. The only thing that we were not aware of was the parking deck that was across the street from resort. There were only a few handicapped spaces on site that made it difficult for my husband that cannot walk long distances. For the size complex on site parking was very limited and presented a problem. Facilities were clean, employees helpful and nice cafe. Great experience with owner, very responsive and unit was very well furnished. Overall very good experience.

Bypass the long check in lines, great location, good value.

The communication with the host was easy and fast. They were more than fair and accommodating for us. The view isn’t great but that’s reflected in the pricing of the unit. It was perfect for a last minute, quick visit to the beach. Plenty of pools, heated however still kind of chilly for the outdoor pools in early April. Kids loved the lazy river. The onsite restaurants’ prices were good. The only odd thing was the little cabinet furniture piece next to the bed. It was locked which is understandable but the back of it was separating/falling apart and looked a little sloppy/unkempt, but in the overall scheme of things it didn’t detract from the value of the place.

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was fully stocked with all amenities and plenty of extras. Very clean and was nice having firm and soft mattresses to choose from. Highly recommend, and look forward to going back!

Amazing

The room was clean! The property was right on the beach, so just steps from the beach. The beds were comfortable. Typically I have trouble sleeping away from home but I had no trouble at all sleeping here. The pools were clean and plenty of chairs for everyone one. The suggestion from the property owner on places to eat and activities were great! We watched the sunrise on the beach. It was beautiful! Overall we had a great time. Definitely recommend!

Perfect little getaway!

Room was inviting, adorable and very clean! Owners even left some snacks and beach chairs- made everything much more convenient. Owners are great to deal with. Love Baywatch and all it has to offer also- will definitely stay again!

Myrtle Beach Retreat

The owners were great, made check in & check out a smooth process with plenty of information about everything & provided some goodies, waters & plenty of extra necessities! The Sandtrap bar & grill had daily specials & great happy hour appetizers & drinks. We’ll add this to our return list for sure!

Nice place, clean and roomy enough for two people.

Beds were very comfortable, place was clean. My only complaint was due to being handicapped it was very hard walking back and forth to the parking garage. Due to that I probably won't rent this unit again. However we did meet a very nice bellman who helped us tremendously, thanks Frank.

Girls getaway!

Everything was ok with this rental, however the pictures of the ocean view are a bit deceiving. You legit have to stick your head over the railing to see the beach and ocean! For the money I paid, I would have liked to had direct ocean view! Also, we didn’t have any paper towels in the room and there was legit one garbage bag for us to use! I found a hair in the beach towel and don’t believe the sheets had been washed as they appeared to have been slept on. I did however like the location of the resort as it’s right on the ocean and close to downtown Myrtle Beach and all the attractions. The hallways to the resort we’re dirty and smelly but the room was ok. The communication and directions were excellent so kudos to the host! Also, they want you to clean the room before leaving and there was a broom in the closet but no dust pan so we had to use a makeshift one out of cardboard that we had. If you care about ocean view, this is definitely not the room for you as you see the main tower of the resort upon directly looking out your sliding glass door.

Great vacation

The condo was just as listed. Very clean . Very well stocked. Plenty of towels and beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. Beds were comfortable. It’s a side unit so very quiet and the sun doesn’t hit the balcony in the morning so very pleasant to enjoy our morning coffee. Gordon is very quick to address any concerns and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our visit as this is our second year in the unit. Definitely a keeper.
