Our beach house is direct waterfront and with all the features that make for the perfect beach home! With a PRIVATE OUTDOOR POOL, and a spacious sun deck for you to enjoy the views, you’ll find our house is the perfect setting for your beach getaway.
You can work on your tan or relax in the rockers and porch swing! Hungry or thirsty? Fix a drink at your very own private TIKI BAR and fire up our CAST IRON GRILL for a true cheeseburger in paradise! Whether enjoying a quiet morning cup of coffee on the porch swing, mingling at an afternoon cookout, or sipping a cold cocktail poolside, the backdrop is just wonderful!
With the sand and sounds of the Atlantic just 3 short blocks away as well as the beautiful serenity of the point at Cherry Grove (where the beach meets the inlet), you just may never want to leave our slice of paradise!
The House – Separate entrances for upstairs and downstairs. Feature fabulous views of the channel and salt marsh.

Wear and Tear:
Our customer satisfaction is #1 priority, please understand, this property is not a primary residence and the guests should not expect to stay in a brand new home or brand new amenities.
The wear and tear is high due to the number of guests, back to back reservations and limited time between reservations.
Cleaning:
The cleaning is done by a professional cleaning company. If they missed something we will be happy to send them over to fix.
Service calls and maintenance:
Emergency service calls such as leaks, HVAC, flood and fire will have first priority and will be provided by a 3rd party service provider, based on their schedule and availability. We cannot guarantee speed of repair specifically when it comes to HVAC issues or major appliances. Although we do our best to provide the fastest solution possible.

Carolina Palm Policies:
*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $69 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
Note: -Use of property and its amenities, as well as the back yard, inlet, and pool are all at renter's and renter's guests own risk. By renting the property, renter and their guests waive any and all liability of the property manager and the property owners.

All of the town’s offerings, including hundreds of shops and stores, Main Street, Cherry Grove Pier, Barefoot Landing, and attractions galore including miniature golf courses, Alligator Adventure, the new city-style bowling alley, lazer tag and arcades, water activities such as parasailing and jet skiing, and more are all right there in town for you to enjoy and most just a few minutes away! Entertainment options include live shows and concerts such as Pirate’s Voyage, Carolina Opry, House of Blues (live music), Main Street (live bands in beach clubs), Alabama Theater, and more. There are even more options in Myrtle Beach, including the Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach. These are a very easy to get to from the beach house as well, making for a great relaxing trip!

House Rules:

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
