During our busy season our weekly rentals, check in on Saturday or Sunday at 3:00 pm until the following Saturday or Sunday and check out will be at 10:00 am.
Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring, Summer and Fall months.

Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental with a 3 night minimum (we do have a cleaning fee).
We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The view was amazing from the home. The accommodations on site were wonderful from lounging in the lazy river to getting a drink from the pool bar. The host was wonderful where they checked in on us during our stayAnd after our stay.

North Beach Plantation Tower Condo Today and tomorrow

Beautiful condo, well equipped, and very tastefully decorated. Perfect location, amazing amenities, and the owner was extremely attentive and gracious. It would be tough to find something much better.

Everything about the room was wonderful and beautiful, however the parking situation, amount of room keys, and navigation of the resort was slightly inconvenient. The area itself was beautiful and the experience overall was delightful!

Love this place!

Beautiful condo, took our breath away when we walked in and saw the ocean view and was much bigger and spacious than we expected. Communication with the owner was wonderful and quick as well. Highly recommend, you can’t go wrong here!

Amazing Experience

This condo is more gorgeous than pictures can show! We came with our and 5 & 6 year olds and enjoyed the ease of having everything we needed ready for arrival. The condo was cleaned immaculately, kitchenware and towels were like new, and the washer and dryer were in excellent condition. The whole resort is beautiful with many amenities. The view off the balcony was top notch. TV’s and heating/cooling systems easy to use. Communication with the hosts was easy and they checked in before and during the trip to make sure everything was going well. Staff at the resort were friendly and we enjoyed meeting other travelers around the pool area. We’ve stayed in many condo rentals and this experience was perfect and seamless.

Wonderful Christmas/New years vacation at the beach

My family booked this unit for Christmas/ New Years getaway. We were also at MB for my sons football tournament that was held at Doug Shaw stadium. Everything in the unit was what described, plenty of room and space for my family. Since we stayed here for a week we bought food to cook to save money from eating out. They have everything you need plus air fryer! This helped me a lot to cook fast meals when we came back from practice or late night when we’re hungry again and don’t want to leave the hotel. The W&D was very convenient to re wash our clothes or towels we needed. We didn’t go to the pool but we did spend time out on the beach and it was beautiful. The host kept in touch with us in the beginning and towards the end. Check in was very easy and everything in the hotel was easy to get to. We will definitely try to come back but during the summer to enjoy all the amenities this hotel has to offer. Thank you again!!

Perfect resort!

We had such an amazing time! Great pools, beachfront, and a comfortable and spacious condo! The communication with our host was amazing, didn’t have to reach out often, but when we did they answered right away! We cannot wait to book next summer!

No need to stay anywhere else

Definitely will be our go to place in North Myrtle Beach moving forward! As a current Realtor and former operations manager in hotels I can say that Jaohn & Terri have all bases covered. The condo is well maintained and has any amenity you can think of. The resort has plenty of pools and great beach access. Every employee I ran into spoke politely and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Vacation 2022

Everything was great. Owners communicate easy and check in to see how things are. Nice view of the ocean and tons of pools even a pool with a bar. The resort has restraunt and a small bar you can sit and have drinks. Residence is clean and a decent size. We will definitely stay again.

A spectacular stay in beachside luxury...

This property is clean, updated, and luxurious, just as shown in the pictures! John is a helpful and gracious host and made every part of the process a breeze. My family had an amazing time there. The balcony is to die for!

Absolutely fantastic!!

I have stayed in many properties. This is by far the best one! Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook with. Lots of bedding and towels. The place was very clean. The property owners were very attentive. I do not have any complaints. Next time we visit Myrtle Beach this will be our place.

Fantastic Vacation at North Beach!

North Beach Resort and Villas is the gem of the entire Myrtle Beach area, and this unit specifically is awesome. We loved that it wasn't on one of the highest floors (with much longer elevator rides/waits), the view is second to none, the overall resort and proximity to the beach gave our family multiple options on how we wanted to recreate that particular day. The amenities provided by John and Terri were great - beach chairs and an ice chest made it very comfortable on our beach days. The world-renowned golf courses at the Barefoot Resort were unbelievable and even better, only a 5-minute drive from the resort. This will be our destination the next time we make it back out to the east coast! The Smith Family

N. Myrtle Beach Plantation

Very Clean. Furnishings were great quality. Had room fresher in the bathrooms. Washer and dryer and they furnished the laundry detergent. Owner called before our stay and the arrival day to make sure everything was quality. Plan to stay there again before summer is over. A+
