The room gave a great view of the ocean, sun rise or sunset was awesome on the beach. After 2 days of rain the beach was loaded.The rooms had everything you needed and so did the kitchen.One last thing is the patio door did not lock.

We loved the access to the beach and pool. The neighborhood was nice and the condo was very clean! Make sure you bring beach towels and shampoo/conditioner.

Nice condo, I wish I would have noticed there wasn’t a washer and dryer available. Also we only had 3 trash bags and 3 rolls of toilet paper. The hotel wouldn’t give us extra because it wasn’t one of their units. Was very clean, beds were comfortable.

Room was very clean ( highly important to me).We didn't like the beds but everyone has different preference when it comes to beds.Furniture not comfortable and not enough.View is amazing!Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first trip to Myrtle beach and I’m so happy that we found this unit! It was bright, refreshing, and most importantly clean. We had absolutely no issues and did appreciate all of the staff at the resort as well. The only downside is the parking garage. It is tight and you have to walk across the street just that has nothing to do with the actual stay/unit and honestly isn’t a deal breaker.

Wonderful Stay at a fun resort

Our family had a wonderful time in this condo at the Avista Resort. We love all the pools and lazy rivers and the access to the beach. The staff is friendly and the condo fit us well. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great, two bathrooms is a plus, and the overall atmosphere and amenities were great.

The best stay for a family!

Our experience was amazing! We stayed in North Myrtle Beach to get away from the crowds and but still be around hustle and bustle. It was wonderful! The resort was clean and great for a family. The pool and lazy river was a vacation saver with colder weather. The beds were very comfy and we had all the beach things we needed. We cannot thank the host enough. If we come back to North Myrtle Beach, we will for sure stay here!

Girls’ trip

We had a great time. Unit has a wonderful view. Beds were soooo comfortable. Kitchen was not well stocked. Needs a toaster and newer/cleaner pans. Several lights out and a few flickering. The exhaust fan in one bath didn’t work. The two accent chairs were not comfortable. But overall, we had a great friends’ weekend.
