We are the new owners of this beautiful end unit in the Mar Vista Grande located on the 11th floor. We purchased this beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bath property because of its oceanfront views. This unit is an end unit which provides views of not only the ocean but also of Ocean Boulevard. It is located in one of the nicest buildings on Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach. The location is close to Main Street in family friendly North Myrtle Beach and in close proximity to lots of things to do in the North Myrtle Beach area. We recently upgraded the furniture, flooring and window coverings.

Miles of sandy white beaches and direct oceanfront views await you from the spacious balcony of this fabulous 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront, condo. Fabulous, fully furnished, professionally decorated oceanfront , vacation condominium. Situated in The Mar Vista Grande, a Four Diamond, AAA rated property. This gorgeous unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, with private master suite and elegant master bath. Master bedroom includes oceanfront views and balcony access. Master bath features double sinks, granite counter top, walk-in ceramic tiled shower with seat, whirlpool tub, linen closet, walk in closet with built ins, crown moldiings and more. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite breakfast bar, seating, all appliances and full size stacked washer/dryer. Living room features a large sectional for relaxing while over looking the direct oceanfront. In addition the living room features a large flat screen TV, cable and wireless internet. The two additional bedrooms feature two queenside beds in one bedroom and two full size beds in the other bedroom. Both bedrooms have full size bathrooms in each one. All bedrooms also have flat screen televisions and cable. Enjoy the views from the spacious balcony and cozy patio furnishings.

The building amenities include heated and cooled enclosed hallways, four high speed elevators, a fifth floor state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool areas with hot tubs and lazy river, private beach access, seasonal Tiki bar, four enclosed levels of parking and one traffic light from Main St. And the Highway 31 connector. Minutes from restaurant row, outlet shopping, world renown golf, water sports, and all the Myrtle Beach area attractions including Barefoot Landing, Broadway At The Beach, Alabama Theatre, Brookgreen Gardens, Boardwalk, The Carolina Opry, The Palace, House of a Blues, Pirate’s Voyage, Legends in Concert, Medieval Times, Market Commons and much, much more. Check in was simple. It was the cleanest condo we ever rented! Everything about it was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. All the appliances and the combo washer/dryer were in great condition. We would definitely stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo, and it exceeded all my expectations! The space was impeccably clean, and it had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. From kitchen essentials to cozy furnishings, nothing was missing.The location was incredibly convenient, with Walmart and a variety of great restaurants just minutes away. The condo had a closet stocked with beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards, perfect for a day of fun in the sun! I will definitely be booking again next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free, relaxing getaway. Great communication from the owner.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful area! Loved the pools and Tiki Bar. Building was very clean. Condo had all the amenities you need. Kitchen is fully stocked. Owner quick to respond for questions. We had a welcome card and fresh flowers on the table which personalized our stay. We will definitely be back!

PERFECTION!

The place is spectacular! Everything you need at your fingertips. Special touches everywhere. Spotless, beautiful and comfortable. Close to restaurants and stores but not in a crowned area. Steps to the pool and ocean. Elevators are very fast so you are never waiting. Great communication with owner. There is not enough space to tell it all.. just book it, you won’t be sorry!!

Great Vacation

I loved this condo. We had no issues with anything. I they had everything you could possibly want in a vacation stay. The amenities were great. The balcony overlooking the ocean was my solace every morning to read and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Would recommend to anyone. Only fault we found was the beds were hard.

Amazing condo with even better views!

We absolutely loved our stay and the condo was the perfect space for our family! It was so clean and the beach views from our balcony was our favorite place to be! Our host were fantastic and checked in to make sure we didn't need anything and I guarantee they would have quickly taken care of anything if we had needed it. Definitely recommend, just not during our yearly week :)

Very nice condo with a great location

Unit was clean and as advertised. It is on the corner and ocean front so it has a nice balcony with great views of the beach/ocean. Nicely decorated with up to date appliances that function as they should. The resort was kept clean and well maintained. Will most likely look to stay there again.

Adequate, but unimpressive

The building is lovely, but the unit needed more care. The linens were sparse -- the master only had a single, thin cover on it when we arrived. The refrigerator's water filter broke during our stay and began spewing water, which we had to personally fix. When we let the owner know about this, he thanked us for fixing it, but the property manager never addressed this issue or provided more bed linens as requested. Overall, the owner was fine, but somewhat distant and rude. Would probably chose to stay elsewhere in the future.

Just A Myrtle Getaway

The fresh flowers and Thank You card on the table upon arrival were so sweet. The condo is beautiful and felt like home-away-from-home. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the Keurig. Extremely clean. We loved the oceanfront views from the balcony! The table on the balcony made a great place for family time. The amenities were perfect. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how fantastic this property is. Right on the beach, alllll the amenities, clean, well appointed and more! We so enjoyed our second stay, and are looking forward to a third.
