Centrally located in the Havens complex of Barefoot Resort in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, this condo gives golfers access to four world-class golf courses on the premises and over 20 in the surrounding area. When you're not teeing off or practicing your drive, you'll have access to amenities that include a beautiful outdoor pool (directly across the way), tennis and basketball courts, and grills for summer barbecues. Entertainment and dining options are abundant, with House of Blues, Crooked Hammock, Lulu’s, Flying Fish, Taco Mundo, Bully’s Pub, and Blueberry Grill and Dublin Winery. For family fun, zip lines, the BumgIR arcade, and Dolphin Adventure are close by as well, at 6 and 12 minutes, respectively.
Take a short shuttle ride (with a stop right outside your front door) to the famous shops and restaurants at Barefoot Landing. Less than a mile outside the resort is the lovely Windy Hill Beach, known for its pure golden sand. The beach is free to enter, offering seasonal amenities that include lounge chairs, umbrellas, changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers. Broadway at the Beach, the Big 'M' Casino Boat, and the famous Murrells Inlet Marshwalk are within a short drive as well. From watersports to boating, dining to dolphin cruises, you can do it all here.
Beach-goer or golfer, you'll delight in coming home to this bright and polished space. The interior living area feels warm and welcoming, with an open layout and sliding glass doors that let in the sunshine and views of the golf course. Feel right at home as you snuggle up on the sofa next to the electric fireplace and watch movies on the large-screen TV.
Sip your morning coffee and evening cocktails at the table on the private, screened deck, where only a grove of trees separates you from the golf course. When it’s too warm to linger, head inside to cool off in central air conditioning. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, a dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet and counter space, and grab a quick morning bite or catch up with family and friends at the dining room table. Both bedrooms are paired with full bathrooms, with each suite offering its own TV. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are on hand as well for easy streaming and device-connecting.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted to park in the complex. It is requested that rented golf carts be left at Putter Pub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
