Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was in good condition, spotless. The screened porch had a large tear in the screen and the waster/ice dispenser on the fridge was inoperable. We liked the location and enjoyed our stay there. Would consider staying again!

Beautifully decorated and well equipped ground floor condo conveniently located. Close to pool and all N Myrtle activities and attractions. Amenities of resort were included and explained in their guidebook which also offered local restaurant suggestions. Great place!

Amazing and accessible

This was the perfect place for us. Ground level was nice for wheelchair access. It was cleaned with great care. The smell was pleasant and homey. If we have the pleasure, we will come back.
