Large open floor plan on the main floor of the home with a spacious living room that flows right out onto the first of two Oceanview balconies. Double refrigerators in the kitchen for space for all your food needs for cooking and entertaining. 1 Bedroom downstairs, 4 Upstairs with 2 bedrooms having access to large Oceanview Balcony. Pool table with hang out area for tons of fun to be had, but also room for everyone to spread out and enjoy.

Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with Smart TVs and coastal-inspired decor. All beds will be freshly prepared before your arrival, and towels along with washcloths will be provided for your convenience. To ensure your first night with us is comfortable, we've provided a starter kit of essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you settle in. Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

SMART TV INFO
All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
