🧳 Please crate dogs when left unattended

🚿 Do not wash pets in the bathtub

🚫Undisclosed pets or unauthorized service animals will result in removal without refund

🐕‍🦺 Service dogs must remain on a leash, with handler at all times even when leaving unit.

🚪 Backyard is not fully fenced (bring a long leash)

🔇 Please be mindful of barking out of respect for neighbors

🛏️ Dogs are not allowed on linens (bring a cover if needed)

$1,500 fine + immediate eviction without refund

$200 fee for odor removal if violated

📝 Rental agreement + refundable security deposit ($250) hold required. Deposit may used to charge for damages, excessive cleaning or unauthorized dog. Deposit will be released after checkout
