Crescent Sands F4 is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Unit F4 is located on the 4th floor, has an elevator, and an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean! The North Myrtle Beach rental has been recently updated. The three bedrooms have carpet and the remainder of the condo has wood-grained tile. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed (new Hybrid memory foam mattress), television, master bath (tub and shower combination), and oceanfront balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds (new box spring/memory foam mattresses), television, and private bath (tub and shower combination). The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and television. The 3rd bathroom (shower stall) is in entered from the hallway.

The comfortable and nicely decorated living and dining area opens up to the oceanfront balcony. There is a full kitchen (with a Keurig coffee maker) supplied with all of your cooking needs. This condo is equipped with a washer/dryer, free WIFI, a total of 4 televisions, a CD player, Blu Ray player, and 2 DVD players. The inviting pool and deck are just steps from the ocean and a grilling area with picnic tables is available for your convenience.

Crescent Sands is conveniently located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Just minutes away are varieties of restaurants, shopping, adventure, and entertainment. Barefoot Landing is definitely a favorite of tourists with the House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, LuLu's Cafe, Blueberry Grill, Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, and much more. Broadway at the Beach is packed full of places to eat, play, shop, and celebrate! Enjoy the likes of Dave and Buster's, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Paul Deen's Family Kitchen, and Wahlburgers for dining. Adults and kids will enjoy the adventures within WonderWorks, Broadway Grand Prix, the Hollywood Wax Museum, Legends in Concert, and Ripley's Aquarium. You will be in awe with the talent from those at the Carolina Opry and exciting adventures of having dinner at Dolly Parton's Pirates' Voyage.

Fantastic Property

The condo building is great and the beach is so nice. We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable here. The building has a great location to nearby attractions and activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo

Nice property and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room to stretch out for our group (6 adults). Also, other residents/guests in the building were mostly families so very quiet stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway!!

Our stay was a perfect getaway!! The location and view was more than what we expected. The unit was clean and loaded with necessities...We loved it. The beds and pillows were so comfortable...kitchen stocked...TV's a bonus in all rooms...washer and dryer was an added bonus!!!! Thank You, The Koehler's and Buckley's

I have never been to Myrtle Beach and was coming up there to check out the area. I figured I’d go in the busiest time of the year. The condo is clean ..everything there that you need ..convenient and the areas so laid-back and relaxed loved it.

Great Place!

Everything was great - location, unit. My only complaint was the wrong WIFI info was given on the packet. May not seem like much but by the time I called the management office was closed. You can't check your email without using data. And with two adults and three kids with devices having WIFI in 2020 is like having electricity. It is a must and really unacceptable that they don't have the correct info. Very simple thing that can cost guests a lot of money in data charges. They did respond the next day with the info, but it should have been correct on the check in info.

ROOF REPAIR

The condo was perfect, exactly as stated on the web site EXCEPT we were given an 8 paragraph email that stated what was expected of us BUT the management didn't think it was necessary to mention to us that the entire roof was being remove the week we were there. The noise from the jackhammers and machinery beeping constantly, the debris everywhere (on/in the pool, walk ways, cars and driveway, lounge chairs, etc), the lack of parking due to them roping off 1/2 the driveway, and the workers all around. They started at 730 AM - which meant we never were able to sleep in our vacation - and we were on the 4th floor, I cannot imagine the others above us. We were so disappointed!

Three Sisters Vacation

We loved the location of the property, the view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set. The Condo had everything we need for a memorable vacation. The only reason we didn’t give all 5 stars was that the unit needs some maintenance on the bathroom and faucet, several of them drip constantly. We appreciate you vacation home is shared with many of us, and it is hard to maintain with so many of us using it. If I owned this unit I would be concerned with saving water. Thank You for sharing you vacation home with us. We will definitely rent again.

Beautiful views!!!!

This condo was fully stocked and well kept! Loved the views from the large balcony. Quiet and quaint. Highly recommended. Definitely will be booking for next year.

Quiet family oriented neighborhood.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay. Kitchen well stocked. No need to bring reading material as owner provides several books for you to read during your stay. Although unhandy at times, we felt safe with secured key entry only into the building. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the condos in working condition. We witnessed them working all day and into the evening hours. The pool and outside area was cleaned thoroughly each morning.

Wonderful view, spacious balcony

We loved it here. The balcony was very large and the chairs were high enough to see over the railing to get the best view of the ocean. The main lobby was a little tight as well as the kitchen but this did not, in any way take away from us enjoying our stay.

Ideal Location

The location was near everything but I felt the beach seemed not as crowded as other areas. I was concerned with overcrowding in the pool but we never experienced that, actually we had the pool to ourselves a couple times!

We loved our time here. We relaxed, swam in the ocean and relaxed some more. The deck views and the chairs out there were great to relax, play the ukulele and chat with my family.

This property was wonderful!! Very clean, great location just steps from the beach, well-stocked kitchen (plates, bowls, utensils, glasses), and a wonderful view from a huge balcony! The pictures on the listing online were accurate. My family and I would most definitely book this property again!

Great Condo

The Crazy Ladies annual beach trip.

Four 60+ ladies on our annual beach trip. So 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are a must. The condo was clean and we had plenty of towels. Every thing we needed was in the condo. Street noise was loud on Sunday and Monday due to the holiday weekend. After that it was quiet. Would definitely recommend this unit.
