Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo - Crescent Sands F-2

This condo has great beachy decor that makes you feel welcome on vacation! The master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). It also has direct access to the private master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is directly beside the hall bathroom. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room is also directly oceanfront with direct access to the balcony.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Sands Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

From the HOA starting the 1st of April:

We are going to open the pool as much as possible over the next two weeks but there will be days that it has to be closed due to work going on overt the south end of the pool deck. We will not be able to open the pool when the contractor is doing any concrete repairs or other work that could cause a safety issue. With that said, we will open the pool on Friday, April 3, and keep it open through the weekend. We expect to close the pool on Monday, April 6, as the contractor is planning to start and repairs found on the H and I stacks. Until they start that process, we will not know how many days that it will remain closed. Again, the opening and closing of the pool will be on a day-by-day basis, and this is the best that we can do until the contractor completes the H and I stacks. After that, they will be away from the pool and it will be opened as normal.

The condo needs some serious TLC. Remove the carpet for one.Needs a good paint job.Bathroom door hinges in front bathroom are rusted.The shower heads are LOW! The hot and cold water knobs in shower of front bedroom are opposite of how they should be.

Amazing!!

We had a great experience! We called when we got into town around 1 and the condo was ready. Had early check in! Condo was beautiful and nicely stocked with everything we needed. The blender had been broken and within an hour or two of letting the owners know, they had a new one for us. We hadn't even asked for one. They were easy to get a hold of! Not too crowded. Lots of family's throughout condo making it very kid friendly. Definitely highly recommend!!! Absolutely perfect!

Home away from home

Overall great location and everything went well. The only downside is that the ac isn’t cold and we did everything we could to never open doors or cook to try to keep it cool and we were hot all week. Never called in a complaint I assume it needs repaired.

Huge condo for ocean front!

We loved the ocean view and balcony access from the living area and from the master bedroom. Also loved that you could see right thru from the kitchen and the main door to the beach. Having laundry in the unit is very convenient. Beach access and pool were wonderful. Property well maintained. Unit is slightly dated and showing some wear, but very well priced and perfect for us who are mostly outside anyway.

Don't have high expectations for condition of property and you'll be fine!

I would stay here again but you need to know: The view was amazing, the bedrooms and living area were spacious, the property building and grounds are well maintained. The cleanliness of the unit itself was questionable. I needed to re-clean the surfaces because I could see how filthy the dresser top was with smudges and fingerprints, so I had to assume the other surfaces were not cleaned either. Luckily I had cleaning supplies. I did report to management and she came over immediately and removed the moldy dirty blender and offered to clean but I told her it was OK, I would do it. The vacuum in the unit did not work properly so our rugs were dirty the entire stay. Also the rugs really need to be cleaned or updated. The shower curtain liner in the master shower was moldy along the bottom, the dining table was so wobbly it was difficult to write or eat at. The bathroom showers are extremely small so if you have large people in your group or tall people over 5'7, it will be uncomfortable showering. I am 5'2" and the shower heads were just above my forehead! There were safety issues in the queen shower and the master shower which we brought to the attention of the management company upon checkout. Lastly, the a/c does not reach the bedrooms so it was very stuffy and uncomfortable sleeping there. This was the biggest issue. The common areas in the unit cooled nicely but not the bedrooms. I know that is a lot but I will say this....we would stay there again, I just wish it cost a little less for the condition of the unit. I don't think it is a great value for this particular unit however it met our space needs, the view was great, the balcony is spacious, the pool and grounds are excellent, the beach is excellent as well, the location is great and the living rom furniture seems to be new and roomy. I also liked having a good size kitchen although, be careful with the glass stove top-it seems to be slightly sloped and we had a large pot of hot sauce almost slide off the stove!

Front Door to the Beach

Very nice property right on the dunes above the pool on the second floor, easy in and out off of the beach. As close to the beach as you would ever want to be!

Great view, Needs updates

There were pros and cons. First the cons... was not cleaned thoroughly, carpet & living room furniture needs replacing due to stains and smell, there was a musty smell as entering unit, needs new bedding, baseboards, and paint job. Several light bulbs were burned out in which NORTH SHORE WAS PROMPT ON REPLACING WHEN CALLED, Shower curtain in master bathroom had a foul smell. The final inspection after cleaning crew failed. Now, the Pros...after checking the tile floors with a mop we bought after arriving, (because we did have doubts) they WERE CLEAN, kitchen was clean along with all bathroom sinks, toilets, showers, fridge, microwave and all bed sheets (flat and fitted) were clean! The pool was cleaned thoroughly by a great guy who took his time everyday. The view was great from balcony. The beach access was great, being able to park under the building and out of the sun was a plus! Liked that the lobby stayed locked. We had a good vacation with our family. But We will not stay at this unit again. Needs updating and needs to feel clean when entering.

Not happy with rental.

North Shore Realty was great at addressing a few issues with property. The owner of the property needs to update living room furniture. It is old, smelly & uncomfortable. The rental needs a deep cleaning. I will North Shore again but would not stay in this rental again. Was expensive for the quality.

Fabulous Beach Vacation

Our condo at Crescent Sands on Crescent Beach was clean, well maintained, nicely furnished, and with many practical touches for the visitor. We would not hesitate to return to this condo.
