Biggest gripe wife and I are both handicapped. Very limited handicapped parking. Parked in garage across the street 6 out of 7 days. Unit was reasonably clean except toilet was used and not flushed.Air conditioning was not working when we got there. Called and was fixed later that day. Kitchen needs new frying pans they are terrible. Simple upgrades would really help

We tried to use the jacuzzi tub the first evening but black mold came out of the water jets. We called the Management company and they sent a repair person out the next afternoon. This was a minor event in our wonderful vacation. Check in was EASY (thank you!) and the kitchen was well stocked with everythng you likely have at home. My only wish is that someone could explain in writing how to use the TVs.

Condo was just as described. Well maintained with great furnishings, amenities, and location. All the comforts of home. Management company did a great job of addressing minor issues within the first 24 hours of our stay.

Make sure someone is in the condo while you load your car. Door code was supposed to be good until 10am but at 7am the code stopped working

Exactly as pictured!

Condo looked exactly like pictures shown. It was clean upon arrival, check in and check out were both simple processes. The location is convenient. If needed, I would definitely book here again!

Beautiful condo

Loved this condo. The view is spectacular. Right on the beach. We stayed in the north tower which has the lazy river and right beside it is the large pool in south tower. We didn’t use the inside pool because it looked small and it was a wonderful weather week to be outside. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great. No info was in the condo about “how to…”. Also where to find things? I didn’t receive my exit email until the day i left. Also. The code on the door was cancelled at 8 AM. It took me an hour to get someone to help me. All of my communication had been blocked. All said , I loved the place (please consider new taller toilets to replace the ones you have now). Thank you for a lovely time

We loved the views! The condo met our needs, for sure. The mayflies were a problem we were not expecting to encounter in December, but they were everywhere in the master bathroom. Our son tried to take a bath the first day we were there, and as soon as he turned on the jets mayflies came out from everywhere. We suspect no one used it in quite some time, but the flies seemed only in the master bathroom. To be clear, we saw the sign in the kitchen that said the exterminator comes the 1st Tuesday or Thursday of the month and we stayed at the place over Christmas.

Cousins trip

My sister and I went to honor our mom and 4 cousins came with us. We all had a great time. The condo is spacious and the view of the ocean is spectacular. By the 2nd day everyone was suggesting we make it an annual trip. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean. Will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you for the great weekend!

Beautiful stay at the beach

Wonderful place to stay beach front! Lots to do close by. Loved Billy’s boardwalk, Tidewater Grill, Professor Hacker’s mini golf, etc. Loved the porch rocking chairs and the 3 bathrooms. Would have loved some more comfortable throw blankets for the couch. Also curtains in the bedroom windows would have been nice. A lot of light came in from the outside light at night and at 6 am the sun woke up our little kids every morning. The metal chairs at the kitchen table were also very tough for the kids to move around by themselves with the rubber stoppers. Lastly, we got locked out at 930ish and we were supposed to have the condo until 10 am. Thankfully, we didn’t leave anything in the room but we couldn’t return our parking passes inside. Great overall but a little tough with kids. Thank you!!

Beautiful view!

This property was beautiful! Everything was as pictured and described in the listing! The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. The view and balcony were the best part!! We would definitely rent this property again!!

Nice place however it stayed 75 or warmer the whole time we were there. I’ll ask next time if the temp can be controlled before I book Also details said they had a Keurig K cup for coffee. They did not. The dishwasher was broken.
