Our cottage features two serene bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. The primary suite features a queen bed; the second bedroom offers two full beds—perfect for families or small groups. Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, our modern home is designed with airy coastal décor, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, central air, washer & dryer, premium linens, plush towels, portable blue tooth speaker, and keyless entry for a smooth arrival and self check-in.
Step outside onto a spacious, gated deck (ideal for children and pets) with a stainless steel grill, dining for six, and a cozy lounge area. Covered parking and a refreshing outdoor shower make beach days a breeze.

🛌 Luxury Amenities for Effortless Living
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s delight, complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and filtered water. Families with little ones will appreciate the thoughtful extras: a pack-and-play, booster seat, plastic dishes and cups, and even an air mattress for added flexibility and additional sleeping.
Enjoy three Roku smart TVs, high-speed/secure Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace should you need to check in with the real world.

Travel light—we’ve stocked everything you need for carefree days by the ocean. Beach chairs, coolers (rolling + backpack), a beach wagon, umbrella, toys, beach table, six beach towels, and even some fishing rods / tackle box are all included. There’s also a guest storage room for any other small gear you bring along.
For extra fun, challenge your group to an outdoor ping-pong match under twinkling string lights or enjoy a friendly game of corn-hole.

🧺 Hotel-Quality Comforts Included
We’ve taken care of the essentials so you can focus on making memories. You’ll find complimentary coffee pods, assorted teas, laundry and dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper products, hand soap, cleaning products and more. Each en suite bathroom is stocked with hotel-style amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, make up wipes, and even a razor….perfect if you forget a few things (as parents of four and a dog, we know how it goes, we got you covered!).

🐶 Pet-Friendly With Care
We love our dog and we welcome yours too! House-trained pets are invited with a small non-refundable fee. A dog bed, bowls, and waste bags are provided. We simply ask that pets stay off furniture and beds unless using the provided pet blankets.

* Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
* Reservation includes our damage-waiver coverage (up to $1,500 for accidental damage—excludes smoking/pet damage)
* Motorcycles, small boats, and ATVs welcome (2 motorcycle max; please check with us about boat size)
