With multiple levels of balconies and interiors that are luxurious to say the least, this North Myrtle Beach vacation rental has it all.The kitchen is definitely intended to serve large families because there are two microwaves and two ovens. The long breakfast bar in Carolina Tradewinds North is a great place to present a meal or to just hang out and chat throughout the day. Convenient location lacks cleanliness

Arrived right at check in time of 3pm then proceeded to the home. Unloaded then began looking around floors were filthy (sand, food, etc.), & kitchen countertops had crumbs still on them. Started sweeping and then realized how bad it was and reached out to Elliot to state that home was not clean. They responded about 40 mins later apologizing and asking to send out a reclean crew to which we had already started cleaning (7 guests cleaning) not being aware the reclean crew was an option or policy on reclean crew coming in would we have to vacate. I asked why it had been cleared as clean to which no response was given. Told Elliot we should have not had to come clean or reach out about lack of cleaning and pay for a cleaning service when we left they were adamant that they had done enough by offering the reclean crew. Last review given was lack of cleanliness in 2022 so chanced it thinking it had been rectified and it has not so renters beware and know what your getting into. On top of above issues one bedroom has a large stain on the ceiling some of the comforters & pillows were missing from some beds.

Beautiful Home if you like......

Checked in and the house was filthy. Left over food and ashtrays in the house and on the deck. Roaches appeared in the kitchen and bathrooms and after calling Elliott Rentals and going into the office face to face the exterminator finally showed up on Wednesday! The floors were gross and you could not go barefoot in the house. I'd be happy to send pictures if you need to understand how dirty the floors were. Having placed several calls and having to go to the office Elliott stated that they would "compensate" me for the inconvenience of having to buy my own cleaning supplies just to get through the first 5 days of our week at the beach. When you sign the contract you sign away your rights for any refunds for "mechanical" issues (stove, refrigerator) Roaches and dirty floors are not Mechanical so I am not sure why they even brought this up. Maybe the fact that they didn't replace any of the 6 light bulbs that were out in the house (reported on check in, Saturday) and never replaced!! Very disappointed in the way this was all handled and simply can not recommend Elliott Reality to anyone. This was all booked through VRBO so maybe they can help pass the word about this property. Stayed 7/10-7/17/21. Let me know if I can post pictures.

First it was 7:00 pm before we were able to enter the property. The cleaning lady was there. Upon entering the floors were sandy and not clean. We never got sheets. The property is nice and as described. Just needs more attention to cleanliness.

Property was clean, plenty of bathrooms. Wifi was not functioning, took 2 days for technician to come out to house and he was unable to fix. No potholders or hand towels for kitchens or bathrooms. Parking situation was terrible, had to move cars constantly. Super close to the beach. Missing tv remotes. Nice porch space.

Cleanliness

Lady had to come and clean floors again (?) after we got there. Didn't have correct sheets for king bed. A few reaches in elevator and steps from 1st and 2nd floors. ALSO, family members that stayed in room #1on 3rd floor got bites. Checked out with doctor after we got home. Diagnosed as "BEDBUGS " bites. Daughter- in - law had to get shot and Rxs. None of the other rooms had any trouble.
