PET POLICY (PLEASE READ)
We only have a handful of dog-friendly rentals—Blue Mist 302 is one of them.
Dogs only: limit 1–2 dogs per reservation
Weight limit: 50 lbs or less per dog
Pet fee: $300 non-refundable per dog, per stay
Unattended dogs: allowed if they are comfortable alone and do not disturb neighbors
Guest responsibility: you are responsible for any accidents, damage, or disturbances
Paperwork: an additional pet contract is required for reservations with dogs
IMPORTANT: Bringing a pet into a non–pet-friendly property is a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in eviction without refund and additional fees.
Dog Owner Reminders
May 15–Sept 15: dogs are not allowed on the beach from 9 AM–5 PM
Leash law is in effect at all times (max leash length 7 feet)
Please pick up and properly dispose of pet waste

• North Myrtle Beach is typically more relaxed and less congested than central Myrtle Beach.
• We manage homes for owners and follow local city ordinances designed to keep the area great for guests and neighbors.

🕓 CHECK-IN
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and runs until office closing (hours may fluctuate by season).
• After-hours check-in is available with advance notice.
• Requirements for after-hours:
-Balance paid in full
-Rental agreement signed & returned in advance

🧺 LINENS
• Sheets + towels are NOT included in the listed price.
• Bring your own, or rent a linen package from us (request via messages).
• If renting, linens are picked up at the office (same place as key pickup) unless you add delivery or beds made on arrival (additional fee).
⏱ EARLY ARRIVAL OPTIONS (NOT GUARANTEED)
• We do not guarantee access before 4:00 PM unless pre-arranged.
• You’re welcome to stop by the office early to complete preliminary paperwork—we’ll call you when the key is ready to be released.
• Limited 1:00 PM early check-in may be available for special needs (first-come, must be arranged + paid in advance).

• Minimum age to book: 25 (primary renter).
• At check-in you’ll need: valid driver’s license + current credit card + cell phone number.

• Serious violations may result in eviction without refund.
