This is a great value! Many recent updates, including beautiful turquoise paint. New stainless appliances and carpeting. Beautifully decorated and always clean!

ESCAPE FROM THE WORLD - Our condo is located within the serene luxury of the 2500 acre Barefoot Resort, in North Myrtle Beach. You can relax on the balcony overlooking the 4th hole of the Greg Norman course, play in the pool or charcoal grill at the barbeque area. All are just steps away from your door.

RELAX in the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, Roku TV with cable in living room, cable TV in bedroom, washer and dryer, and ceiling fans.
We have just personalized the condo with warm touches that will comfort you and make you feel at home. The primary bedroom with treyed ceilings, is beautifully decorated and has a kingsize bed specially enhanced with a memory foam topper. There is a walk-in closet for your convenience. The second bedroom has two twin beds These beds also have memory foam toppers. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and linens are provided. We also provide starters of toiletries. We provide beach chairs and beach towels. We have a keyless entry, so no worry with losing keys! Last minute vacation, no problem!

PLAY GOLF - Enter Barefoot Resort over the scenic swing bridge, which spans the Intracoastal Waterway. The resort is home to four championship golf courses designed by world class golfers such as Greg Norman, Davis Love, Tom Fazio, and Pete Dye. Drop by the new driving range.

HAVE FUN IN THE SUN - Miles of walking and biking paths are also nestled within the resort. During the summer, a complimentary shuttle is provided from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for easy access to the beach, golf courses, and Barefoot Landing Shops. Located on the waterway is a resort style (it's gigantic!!) swimming pool for your enjoyment as well. The largest in Myrtle Beach.

ENJOY SHOPPING, DINING, ENTERTAINMENT - Dine beside the scenic marina at Marina Bar and Grille, or choose to dine in the fabulous surroundings of the clubhouse. Just over the bridge from the resort are the House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure, and numerous shops and restaurants in Barefoot Landing. The Tanger Outlet is about 5 miles south with a Walmart and Marshalls just across the street.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay here. As others have said, it is very clean, which is the most important feature for me. My husband was impressed that even the kitchen floor was very clean. The beds and couches were very comfortable. It's a great location off the busy main road in a quiet neighborhood. We also loved going to Alligator Adventure, which is very close by.My only word of caution to others is watch out for wasps in the stairwell. I got stung as we were unloading, and then we realized that there was a nest right under the handrail. It can't be helped, but maybe bring some wasp spray.

Perfect, clean, quiet, relaxing

This is one of the rare ones. Very clean. Nice location. Peaceful. Also close to everything you would ever need to get to in a short amount of time. We didnt want to leave! We are saving this stay so we can come back. Very precise communication. You couldnt ask for a better place to stay. I would give it 100 stars if i could!

Family Spring Break

Kathy was so sweet and so kind. She really helped us with preparing for our Family Vacation. The property It's in such a beautiful area. The condo was so clean and so beautiful on the inside. We treated it with the utmost care. We cannot wait to come back to this property!

Place in a secluded area at the back of the property.

Something’s I should have checked, was the an elevator present. How far away the dumpy was located. Why pay a cleaning fee if we had to take the trash to the dumpster, The TV in the second bedroom had no signal, The remote controls didn’t work as advertised. The place was very clean.

Great place close to lots of things. Daughter was in a dances competition so it perfect to come back relax and recharge after 12 hours of dance. Iya perfecf for golfers.

Clean and quiet place to stay.

Had a great time. Nice and quiet. Everything worked and clean. Little bit of travel for the beach but pools close by and loys of things to do nearby. Great especially if you like to golf.

Great spot for Barefoot Landing

It was a great home away from home, spot. Very clean, and had extras like blankets and Alexa to make it feel homey. The kitchen was well stocked with pans blender crockpot, all that you need their. Just make sure to bring any seasonings, oils, all the basics, as there were none there. We left salt pepper and cooking spray for the next folks. The owner was responsive and surprised us even when the screen door wasn’t working upon arrival in the evening, and I let her know, she had someone out to fix it the next morning. Normally it would be an apology we will look into it for next time, type of response from owners, so that was a big plus for us. The location was perfect for barefoot landing. If you’re wanting to go to Broadway at the beach and that area, it’s a good 20 minutes or more with traffic. We would stay here again. The beach seems close, it was just too cold when we visited to comment on accessibility and likability of this part of Myrtle beaches. (North Myrtle)

Beautiful Condo on Golf Course Near Beach

We have stayed at this property several times and will continue to return! Huge community pool is nice, as well as smaller pool for the condo cluster. Updated, spacious, comfortable condo with a balcony overlooking the golf course. Plenty of amenities. We always enjoy our stay here!

Awesome vacation

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. It was very nice and there was plenty of space. We cooked in for a few meals and had everything needed to make the meals. We would come back again and highly recommend the condo.

Beautiful Condo

Easy process from start to finish. The condo was clean and well laid out. Friends rented another condo in building 1 and the furniture/layout was way better in this rental. Enough household items such as pans and cooking utensils made eating in easy. They have charcoal grills right in front of the condo which where great. Used them several times. Great balcony furniture with a view of the golf course. Plenty of beach stuff in a closet made our trip down to the water a good time. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home away from home!

Perfect condo for our family! My husband, myself, my sons (15 and 19) and one son's girlfriend stayed very comfortably for the week. The condo was super clean, spacious, well laid out and well appointed. We enjoyed the Cypress Bend pool - big enough and not nearly as crowded as the main pool. Close to Barefoot Landing, the outlets, Walmart, groceries AND the beach - perfect location!

Great Condo and location

We would definitely rent this condo again! Great location and a beautiful condo. We ran into a question and Kathy responded within minutes. We enjoyed our evenings playing cards on the balcony and the pool was only a couple minutes to walk to. I think my favorite thing about this condo is the location is peaceful. You don't have all of the noise from the "tourist " part of Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful place

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner even had beach towels, chairs, and beach toys for us to use during our stay. Excellent property all around!!
