    Inside, the condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Step onto your private balcony and take in breathtaking, panoramic views of the ocean and sandy shoreline. With comfortable seating, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or sip an evening cocktail as the sun sets. After a day at the beach or exploring the resort, settle into the inviting living room, featuring a plush sofa and a flatscreen TV with cable for movie nights and downtime.



    The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime effortless, offering modern stainless steel appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and coffee maker. A dining table just off the kitchen comfortably seats four, making it ideal for shared meals or casual planning for the next day’s adventures.



    Both bedrooms feature their own flatscreen TVs with cable for added comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom stands out with its en-suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the balcony—so you can wake up to ocean views and fresh sea breezes each morning.

    Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

January 2023 stay

Condo was well furnished and maintained. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and that we could open the door to both bedroom and living room and listen to the sound of the waves/ocean. The Baywatch towers are located in an area that is convenient to get to shopping and activities

The overall experience was great. Some of the utilities in the condo were not working properly like the garbage disposal...but given the high volume of ppl that stay there that is to be expected. It is a great stay I would recommend staying.

Wedding Stay

We were in town for a wedding. Our room was awesome! Every room and bathrooms were newly renovated, stainless steel appliances, fresh clean towels, and spacious. I would come back and stay in the same room. My only con was the rest of the hotel (hallways, elevators) were very outdated and needed to be painted, I thought I would be horrified based on that but the room made up for it! And the views were spectacular.

Great Beachfront Oceanfront Condo

Wonderful quiet, spacious condo right on the beachfront that you can hear the ocean from the master bed… no sound machine needed to fall asleep! We especially loved the 17th floor balcony view in the mornings and at night before going to bed. But don’t worry, elevators were quick and never a problem like we experienced in other resorts.

It's....ok

The value is there for this resort however if your willing to deal with the little things that really add up in the long run. My experience was, super tight parking garage (my car got scratched badly costing money), kinda confusing loading area, people keeping the luggage carts in their room making it difficult to check in and out which took a huge amount of our time. Other than that the staff was nice, room was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Book it quick if these things don't bother you.

Love the area, the ocean view, space in each rooms all the pools, I understand Everything change since Covid but hotel should provide at least the Housekeepers to knock and see if anyone needs anything, cause I asked at the front desk for soap and only got two pieces when we are paying for a 6 person room. Got a non-smoking area and next door left balcony they were smoking weed, and saw 3 dog’s in the area also.

Cleanliness

I know places are short staffed these days but we were a bit disappointed in how nasty the floors were, we never took our shoes off and hair was still in the sinks and tubs and the balcony still had food crumbs on the floor etc... Had to go down to the check in to get coffee, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent, the kitchen had absolutely no dish towels or dish cloths, I have never seen a kitchen so empty on amminities as this, if you plan on cooking better bring your own supplies.

NOT CLEAN

When we arrived we found cigarette butts on the floor, body hair in the bathrooms and the master bathroom shower was clearly not cleaned. I contacted Vascasa and was told the staff on the property would be there soon. About 2 hours after check-in I received a text from Vascasa (different area code from the one I called) asking how check-in went and if the condo was found to our liking. I responded with the same concerns and received a text saying the staff on the property would be there soon. No one ever came and I never heard from them again until we checked out and I got another text saying they hoped we enjoyed our stay and found everything acceptable. Basically the absence of cleaning was completely ignored.

Beautiful & clean!

This room was very spacious & so clean when we arrived! The view is beautiful as well! It looked exactly how it was described online. The people that work at this resort were constantly cleaning the main lobby, the elevators, the windows. It always smelled good & clean! The staff at the front desk were always helpful with us & answered all of our questions. We visited the ice cream shop which was a nice perk, but they run out of popular flavors fast! We would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint were the people next to us & above us. We were very shocked by the disrespect that people have when they are on vacation. The resort itself has no control over that. We were shocked by how many people were smoking on the balconies which it clearly stated on the doors that you weren’t suppose to smoke. Again, this is negligence & disrespect on the renters. Thank you for taking such good care of this place so that we could enjoy it! One suggestion, you guys definitely need more luggage carts. We had to search all the buildings just to find one!
