    Step into this newly renovated, open oceanfront condo and enjoy the vacation you deserve. You're going to flip over the expansive ocean views, not to mention all the fabulous on-site amenities such as a shared pool and fitness center. You won't even have to leave the property to feel like you're at a waterpark with the on-site indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. After a day of surfing the sun-kissed Atlantic, soak those tired muscles in the community hot tub or indulge with a beach read in the private jetted tub in your full bathroom. You'll love coming home to take advantage of the full kitchen to cook up a delicious meal after an afternoon of sightseeing. Then wrap up your evening by breathing in the ocean air on your spacious private balcony with a glass of wine from Carolina Vineyards Winery just two miles down the road.





    Places to Visit During Your Stay

    Whenever you need a break from the kitchen, you'll have plenty of great restaurants nearby. Check out Flying Fish Public Market & Grill, The Whole Food Mediterranean Grill, and Rockefellers Raw Bar to sample some delicious local fare. Plan a day trip to visit the Myrtle Beach Pier area, and be sure to check out Family Kingdom Amusement Park while you're there. Here for the surfing? You can get rentals and take lessons from North Myrtle Beach Surf Lessons, Paddleboard & Kayak Tours, just a mile-and-a-half west.

    Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!



    DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.



    Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water, including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily, and Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Loved the stay. Full kitchen and washer dryer were in the room. Jacuzzi tub was amazing and water was so hot. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Great stay.

Oceanfront unit 1419

The hotel room was spacious and decorated beautifully the furniture was nice the beds were comfortable. The oceanfront balcony was large enough for four chairs and a table it was very nice

I enjoyed staying here. The room was big enough for 3 people, the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning, the view was awesome and the room was clean upon arrival. Can’t ask for more than that !

Beach getaway for a weekend!

It was a nice stay with all the basic amenities. The beach view was amazing. Only thing missing was detergent for washing dishes.

Fun at the Beach

Well-maintained oceanfront unit and entire resort center. All employees were very friendly and seemed to sincerely appreciate our staying at this resort. We will return for a future stay(s). Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

This was our first time staying at baywatch and at this condo. It was a wonderful experience and we all had a great time. The room was clean! The staff were helpful. The resort amenities were so great and the layout of the pool area was spacious and something for everyone in each section. We will definitely be back again!

Girls beach getaway

Everything was great, the view, staff and resort was wonderful. The only think that was trick was the bathtub is very slippery, we even cleaned it and it was still very slick and the kitchen had no kind of pot holders, other than that it was amazing.

Good family girls trip.

I love the location and the property is very nice. All the worker are very nice and helpful except one of the girls that works in the ice cream shop being rude and rolling her eyes when my daughter was trying to help my special needs niece order and pay for her ice cream. But over all a great trip and we will be back.

Good value. Cleanish. We stayed with our children and they loved the Murphy bed and pull out couch. They swam all night at the pool which was pretty gross but they loved it. The location is great and we loved the view

Stayed during the Hurricane Debby 2024

Decor was modern. Plenty of room for the three of us. The amenities of the facility were excellent. The representatives could’ve been more informative of the things available at the resort during check-in. All in all very nice place.

It was scarey being 14 floors up.. but the view was awesome. I liked the shower! It was beautiful.

4 Day Vacay

We booked this room for our 6yr anniversary trip. It was amazing for the price and what you get. Pools were nice and heated. Room was huge. View was amazing. And the staff was super friendly and helpful with the TV when it wouldn't turn on. Over all pretty nice stay for our anniversary 💕

Our June stay

We stayed for 5 days with our children in june. The room could’ve been cleaner and updated but it was not horrible. The value is good. We love the location and the ocean front rooms. Also, the kitchen was stocked with all culinary items. The pools were dirty and not cleaned overnight, but we did enjoy swimming till 11 o’clock. We enjoyed the stadium lights that brighten the beach so we could stay out by the ocean longer at night. We do recommend for people with multiple children.

Enjoyed the Facility

The room 1419 is a bit dated and it was not cleaned correctly. My daughter found a plate of food in the microwave that had mold growing on it, there was crumbs on the coffee table in the living room also. However I will say we did enjoy the resort and the inside pool. The staff was very friendly and was very accommodating to us.
